In my business and private lives I deal with several insurance companies for various types of insurance.
EIG's printed communications are always clear and readily understandable, telephone enquiries are quickly dealt with by knowledgeable staff. Premium increases are not unreasonable and they provide useful information about what avoidance measures to employ so as to avoid a future claim.

Ecclesiastical now for me
Ecclesiastical were pleasant and easy to communicate with. I also saved over £20 a month on my home insurance. Plus a generous donation (anonymously) to my local church fund. They answered my questions. No erm, ums and oh I don't know. I would recommend for home insurance.

Simple processes led to a prompt payout
In 2024 I had the unfortunate need to make a claim as a consequence of vandalism at our Church. The whole process was simple and efficiently handled, resulting in a prompt payout.

Settles claims promptly and provides many free resources
In my experience Ecclesiastical settles claims promptly and in accordance with expected Ts & Cs. It has excellent resources to help with health and safety and risk assessment, as well as many other areas. It makes a positive contribution in helping us prepare for project work that may involve contract T2 & Cs.

The claim experience was very satisfactory
The claim experience (for flood damage ) which lasted over a period of 9 months was straightforward and efficient, all the work processes involved were arranged thoroughly and carried out very professionally. Although there was a period of waiting, the end result was very satisfactory.
