Although the process is a bit unusal compared to the rest of the market ecars247 have been nothing short of brilliant! From dealing with them over the phone to picking up my car and the aftercare has been exceptional. I would like to say a massive thank you to a Jenny, Chris and Mick for being the people they are. You have certainly made my car purchasing experience an enjoyable one. If you are reading this I thoroughly recommend purchasing a car from these guys!

Hi my experience buying my car online was very good no sales man giving me greaf signing all paper work electronically made it easy . When my car was delivered to my door by a very helpful man . Was a little nervous to buy before viewing in person however the detailed photos and any highlighted defects and full review of all documents made our online purchase easier. With full independent AA insection completed. collection day car was presented in showroom area on turn style with full 360 view. we were left to view and inspect in private before agreeing to drive away. The 14 day return option also gives a good opportunity to truly test drive your vehicle. Staff were helpful.

This is my original review where I left a three star rating-
Having purchased the car in May I originally rated ecars a five but having had its first mot done yesterday, less than having it a year and the car having done less than 25000 miles, it failed it’s first mot. Apparently a tyre needed replacing, the second so far, and the handbrake needed adjusting. I didnt expect the extra cost considering it has a full service history and the AA overlooked the car before ecar sold it too me. On a positive note the customer service with ecar was fantastic whilst purchasing the car.

However, Having reflected on the above, I can not justify leaving anything other than five stars after ecars contacted me to see if they could resolve my concerns. Their customer service and passion for their company, which I would not want to damage by people getting the wrong impression of a three star rating, is fantastic. I have left my original review on here because I stand by the fact that I would not expect the car to have failed on its first mot under the conditions it is kept etc, but at the same time ecars sold me an amazing car and have attempted to address any issues with me along way. Offering support well after its warranty and securing the fact that I would and will recommend them to anyone, especially if you are looking for great customer service and what I would consider to be a honest approach from a sincere company.

Very good people todo business with they take every care the can to make the car buy experience so easy.

Excellent Customer Service hassle free. E-cars has all the documentation completed in advance and it took less than 20 minutes to sign over the car. First time buying online and would recommend this company. The 14 day return policy gives you that reassurance but only needed 1 day to confirm that I was keeping the car.

Great service, simple and easy to use, very friendly and helpful so far! Great experience and would definitely buy this way again, from this company.

I've not wrote a review before but due to the outstanding service I have had from eCars I thought I would drop one here.

I've dealt with David, Bev, Danny and Jenny . They have made my experience purchasing my second car a pleasant one. Any issues or queries I have had have been answered promptly. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Was slightly apprehensive at first as it’s an online dealership but the Service turned out to be great. Trust worthy and good communication about what was going on. Car is nice and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really easy way to get a new car. Bev kept me updated at all stages. The car was exactly as described, delivered bang on time.

Brilliant service from start to finish, I felt completely at ease. Not only did they discuss all finance options, they also discussed affordability without any pressure selling. They called me in the following weeks after collecting the car to make sure I was happy with everything and were on hand when I had questions. Very professional service and have already been recommending them to friends, family and colleagues.

The guys at e247 I found to be no nonsense and straight forward without any pressure or obligations.
I had contact at every stage and they found the car that suited me for my circumstances - no pressure to take what's available.
I was obviously a bit sceptical and apprehensive about using online but I needn't have worried. The photos are very accurate and show everything and particularly like the section "imperfections" so there are no surprises and refreshingly honest - I can say from my visit that they take great pride in ensuring everything is finely checked over.
On my visit I was made to feel very welcome and the gidt was a nice personal touch.
The setup on site very simple but looks well run and efficient - you can a tell a lot about a company by how they keep their workshop.
I'm still on my 14 day no obligation trial at present but first impression are very positive.
Thanks to everyone, but special to Beverly and David who have treated me like a person not just a number / sale.

Even if this car I am trialing is not the one for me I will still ask these guys to source the next one.

I thoroughly recommend these guys and their approach.

I was skeptical at first and felt like I was taking a chance with eCars247. There 14 days test drive policy gave me confidence to at least give them a chance. My car was delivered unbelievably quick and exactly as shown online. The customer service was best I have ever experienced, literally 3 seconds after clicking submit, someone was on the phone offering to help me with any queries. Genuinely outstanding.

One of the best dealers to do business with. Exceptional service that truly surprised me considered the previous experience with car dealers. The after sale support also 10/10, had an issue with the isofix and they ordered a new replacement from Mercedes and shipped it first class.I would definitely recommend these guys.
