Have not booked with you before. Only problem is not being able to reserve seats in the flight to and from Dubai which I would have been able to do if I had booked direct.

The Indian gentleman was extremely nice and helpful

Booking process cost me nearly €200 extra!!
When my partner went to book a 9 night stay in Fuerteventura online, all details were taken and the sale was processed. When we hadn't received a notification of our booking we called Ebookers, their representative said that our sale hadn't gone through as the bank had refused the payment. When we contacted our bank they refuted this and said that Ebookers had asked for authorisation but hadn't actually followed through with the request, the bank was happy with the payment to be processed.
When we challenged Ebookers they ignored us and haven't come back to us since. As our time off work had been booked we went to book the same holiday again with Ebookers and the holiday had gone up in price by nearly €200!!!
I won't be using Ebookers again!!

Dear Mr Mooney - pricing is provided in a live environment and is subject to confirmation on booking. If you have not paid and the price subsequently increases this is a matter beyond our control.
The process of payment is automatic and we do not manually request the payment from your card issuer - if the payment is not initially authorised you would not have received a confirmation screen or subsequent booking confirmation via email and as such did not make a purchase with us.
This is an issue for your card provider to address and for our part we can only provide services to you once you provide confirmed payment.

Payment page
The payment page timed out, so I wasn't sure if my booking went through. I started purchasing more flights and about 5 minutes later the payment was confirmed. It was lucky I didn't get through the booking process a second time
