Ich komme aus Bulgarien, also aus einem Land, das R & S E-Bike offiziell gar nicht bedient. Trotzdem haben sie mir geholfen, und dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. Nach meiner Anfrage bekam ich schnell ein klares Angebot. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie detailliert sie erklärt haben, was genau mit dem Motor los ist und was sie tun, um das Problem zu beheben. Das hat mir von Anfang an Vertrauen gegeben. Die Reparatur wurde genau im angekündigten Zeitraum erledigt – deutsche Pünktlichkeit, wie man so schön sagt! Das Ergebnis spricht für sich: Ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass sich der Motor jetzt besser anfühlt als ein brandneuer. Kompetent, transparent und zuverlässig.
