I have always found Ebac staff to be extremely helpful and speedy with responses. Not only have I brought 3 units from them for mine and my sons home but they also repaired a 6 year old dehumidifier arranging collection and return for a very reasonable price.Units are sturdy, quiet and very effective.Every home should have a dehumidifier

Best dehumidifier ive bought pulls loads of moisture in rooms ive struggled with for years. The replacement filters are needed after a set period of time but they are not expensive to buy.. Keeps the machine running at its best. Highly recommend EBAC..

Washing machine is very good, happy with it, however the delivery was a let down.
We ordered on the Friday and your website stated delivery is usually 3 working days. We got a call on the Wednesday saying that we could expect delivery the following Monday, the Monday came and went no delivery or call stating it was not coming. I called ebac the next day to enquire, the girl says she would look into it. Someone came back and said that it was because they did not have contact details even though they called on the house phone and sent an email. Delivery was then completed the following Thursday, one day short of two weeks for delivery which is excessive when you have piles of washing and no machine. Delivery could be better, the only thing that has let you down.

I have used Ebac's Dehumidifiers for many years, purely because they are the best and I have tried others.
In relation to spare filters for said product I would rather buy directly from Ebac as having used spares from other suppliers, they are just not up to the same standard . Ebac provide a quick and efficient customer service.

I had heard about a British company that made washing machines so after seeing one that was purchased for my mother I decided that the next we purchased would be an Ebac, the washer was ordered, delivered and installed. We have completed a couple of cycles so far and we are overjoyed with the results we have to keep checking to see if it has finished as it's so quiet. 5 stars from us.

This is the 2nd dehumidifier Ive bought for Ebac. (This one is for workplace). I have had the one that I use at home for years. I wouldn’t buy any other dehumidifier other than Ebac as I know they do the job well and are robust.

I have no hesitation in recommending this dehumidifier. Worth every penny and the after sale service from Ebac is consistently brilliant, both repairs and filter replacement.

We purchased a 8kg Ebac washing machine 3 years ago. It was by far the WORST washing machine in our 40+ years of owning different machines. From day one, it consistently refused to perform as claimed. It would not spin consistently, often not spinning at all. We contacted Ebac on several occasions, only to be given various excuses ranging from incorrect loading, EU regulations, and insufficient load. They did eventually offer an engineer visit from a local repair shop at our expense, unless a fault found at the time of the visit. Given the inconsistency of non performing correctly, we did not want to spend any money that might not be recovered. What we should have done was a credit card chargeback…After 3 years of poor washing results, we have scrapped the machine and replaced with a Samsung. Perfect results every time! It seems EBAC no longer make washing machines..and are selling existing stock at discount.
