It is a high level company, fabulous, high level management of Mr HarryI am completely satisfied with his really extremely high professionalism and kind cooperation. I visited many parking companies, but can not remember that somebody provided so great service as he did.

Worst experience ever in terms of park and fly, the quoted price might be cheap, but it does not include short stay parking fee which you have to pay either way. All my previous experience with park and ride has been very pleasant as they were very accommodating in terms of parking timings, but my flight got delayed by 2 hours and they charged me extra £20 which is written in their terms and conditions, but it is their modus operando to quote cheap and make money by being rigid in things written in small fonts. Definitely not going to use them again nor recommend them to anyone

The website is very user friendly and the ease of use is great! Everything is self explanatory and efficiently curated!

If I could I would give 0 - zero. The owner said to me "f..k you b...h" because I was angry waiting more than 1 hour to bring my car. When I said I will call to the police they bring my car after 2 hours waiting with little child. There was not only me waiting for so long. The workers are very rude. They bring the cars dirty ( in mud - maybe they park on a field somewhere) or with dents- and claims that it's not.their problem.

I booked with them and then needed to cancel 24 hours early. Both Harry and Sam made this extremely difficult as they were pushy and trying to get me to stay. I had a member of there team send me an awful email from there personal email to tell me that they have lost their job due to me. This is a massive breach of GDPR to get my personal information and send me rude emails. I have been waiting over the normal time for my refund and they are just so so rude. Don't know how the company are even still going. Please don't use them.

Had a problem with my keys after parking with them. Harry has now sorted this out. These things happen sometimes but it's the way that companies deal with things when they go wrong that is really important.

Well so far so good I've just booked my parking with this company and all I can say is wow fantastic customer service, I was quite stressed as when I looked on the car parks Web site they said they had no spaces but Harry was very quick to check this out and put my mind to rest.

I have used Easy Holiday more than once. They are highly competitive at price and excellent in customer services. On one occasion, I had to cancel the booking, even the refund process was easy and quick.

No issue at all, Car drop off was next to departure level 5 and car was ready when we came back night 1 o clock.

Harry was so helpful throughout. Changed my car details for me when my car was written off last minute. If I could give 10 stars I would. Best parking booking company I have used and I am a frequent traveller
