Excellent site, easy to use the reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the automatic inclusion of cancellation insurance (should be optional choice to add not subtract] and the £6 fee which should be included in the price as it is included in the final cost.

booked by computer did not receive confirmation had to phone to ask guy on phone he said it had not went through was going to check that we was not going to be charged twice going to phone back no phone call did finally get confirmation just not good enough

Tried to book two rooms online but couldn't, had to phone instead. Once i did that there was no problem just a pity i couldn't do it online

Although it took me a while to work out how to use the reformed site, when I finally got it, Charlotte was very helpful.
I had vouchers to use and couldn't work out how to cash them in.
Bit disappointed to find old easybreak customers now have to pay the admin charge.

I have used easy-breaks for several years now and have never had any occasion to fault their choice of hotels or the manner they conducted business with me. They offer some wonderful locations and provide great value for money.

So easy to book and good prices.
