This hyped up to be better than carry out quality. Sorry but I’ve been conned by the hype. Korma and bhuna tested and both had that horrible jar taste. And the taste lingered even after a couple of extra strong mints.

I get the hype to try this, I did it, but after my first try, I know I will not try again…

The curry pouches are amazing and I have ordered many times. Easy to order on the website and delivery is very fast. I haven't ordered a takeaway since. Highly recommended.

What can I say about East at home apart from their sauces are incredible and definitely the best out there, if I had to choose a favourite it’s the Dansak but really enjoy all of them

Pathia - nice flavour but very runny. I cooked first packet with prawns but it wouldn't thicken up. Tried second packet with chicken and it was fine although tastes different to Pathia in restaurants for some reason.

I have been using the madras sauce at home for about a year. I enjoy every Saturday night home made with freshly cooked chicken.The home made chicken madras is nicer than the local takeaways where I live in Gwent South Wales.

Have tried all 7 sauces - very poor quality curry - watery , bland and definitely not authentic restaurant standard.

I've been trying different curry sauces for years in an attempt to find something that is like an authentic Indian dish.
Needless to say, I've always been disappointed.
Until I discovered East at Home.
No question in my mind, these are the nearest I've ever come across to restaurant quality. The Madras and Jalfresi are top notch.
I have converted half a dozen friends to these sauces over the last few months, so I can't be wrong!

Ordered Jallrezi vindaloo and Madras. Cooked the jalfezi tonight and was just watered down sauce with no flavour at all. Binned the whole curry and binned the other 2 packets as not wasting my money on adding veg or meat. Avoid, and don’t believe the social media hype!!

I tried the Masala sauce and found it very sweet. The ingredients listed pineapple & apricot which I hadn't expected! Was too fruity for me. Rather disappointed as I had high expectations from the price.

Beautiful authentic and just the same as a takeaway but much cheaper taste sensation

Just used the last of my first order and have been really impressed with each different one I have tried.They are so much better than shop bought ones with their own unique flavours.Have just placed another order which should keep me going for the next few weeks.Would highly recommend giving some a try.😀😀

I have placed a couple of orders with East at Home and been very impress with their curry sauce! Really like the Bhuna and the Madras.

Always fast delivery of the outstanding East at Home range of sauces. We have tried all but Vindaloo, which we know would be too hot for us, and Madras and Jalfrezi, though very tasty, are too. But Pathia, Korma, Marsala and Dhansak are all fantastic and highly recommended for those, like us, with a more delicate palate but enjoy delicious, restaurant quality Indian food. (Bhuna, once again, tasty and certainly worth trying).

Great sauces and spice kits ,but the recipe book is great , so straightforward to make tasty Indian food. The customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

We've tried a lot of different curry sauces over the years and the East at Home range is simply the best we've tried by a long way. Very easy to use, just fry off some chicken or prawns, add the sauce and simmer for a short period. We've found that there's enough sauce to safely double the amount of meat you add and still have a great dish which is useful for larger gatherings or having leftovers for another day. We've also found chicken thigh meat tastier than breast and the sauces also work well with tiger prawns etc. I'm amazed these aren't in every supermarket as they would easily be the market leader on taste. Well done - a product that really delivers on its promise - 5*****

Not the first time we have had these sauce sachets, but tonight it’s the Pathia again. Had ordered more and probably have at least ten others ( various flavours) in the cupboard. So good I could lick the sachet clean.
