My novated leasing
My novated leasing hadn't been smooth until I had a call from Kiara Robles, A Novated Lease Specialist from Easi. Kiara went extra length with her own extra time to ensure that the process went well and in time. She was always ahead and kept me informed throughout the entire novated process—every single step, one at a time. For example, financial approval normally takes two to three working days, but she got it done in just one day.

Good help on novated lease
I recently entered into a novated lease for a new car through Easi and had the luck and pleasure of being assisted by Kiara Robles. From start to finish, Kiara made the entire process truly “easi”! She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. Her professionalism and friendly approach took all the stress out of the process, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend both Easi and Kiara for anyone considering a novated lease!

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Tayla Giri and I can confidently say she is one of the best customer service professionals I’ve ever come across. From start to finish, Tayla went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, efficient and stress-free.
I was on a tight deadline to avail a particular benefit and Tayla made the impossible feel effortless, she got everything wrapped up in just one day. She coordinated with my employer, finance team and even the car delivery service, managing everything with such ease and professionalism. Thanks to her incredible effort and dedication, everything was perfectly in sync and my car was delivered on time with the full benefit, right on the very last day it was available.
