Phone not received - Order No. 130872864

I ordered a phone & 2 year plan and the next day received a power pack instead. I reported it to customer services immediately. E2save raised a delivery dispute with DPD which would take 6 days. I waited patiently and 10 days later they said DPD had no record that the parcel had been tampered with.

I sent them detailed photos of proof that the package had been tampered with. E2save then escalated the dispute with DPD. There have been emails back and forth for over 5 weeks now and they keep saying that they've escalated the matter with DPD. If DPD do not accept my photo proof then I will need to raise a civil dispute with DPD. They have washed their hands of all responsibility. Meanwhile they will not cancel my contract because it is in dispute and I am still being charged. I am so upset and disgusted with this company and DPD!

A lucky escape?

I need a phone contract but due to problems caused by a high street bank during the pandemic, don't have the best credit rating despite earning a decent wage.
I applied with E2Save. It took multiple attempts as it kept claiming my bank details didn't match (they did!)
Eventually it accepted and I got sent all the details of my order.
About an hour later, I received an update to say my order had been cancelled due to the credit check.
Very annoying.
Do you not credit check first? Not doing so wastes not only my time but the time of the staff at E2Save!

Charge for 2 contracts instead 1

I order sim card on October 2023 but in period 14 days I cancel the order by phone. I placed another order because I would like keep my old mobile phone number. I was very surprised when I checked my bank statement. E2save no cancel my first order and now charge me for 2 numbers the old one which I want keep and for the other one which I cancel by phone. I contact customers service in this case. They said is to late for cancel because is over 14 days from date the order. I ask for check the records because it is proof then I cancel in the time 14 days. I contact many times by phone and on the chat no answer on my question. Order number:439198982 E2save customers service please contact on my email in this case and cancel first order which should be cancel long time ago.

Useless

Useless. waited 3 weeks for an iPhone which never arrived. On enquiry it turned out that the transaction had been declined, no reason given. An hour waiting to speak to my bank who knew of no credit issue. 2 further attempts failed, again no reason given. Avoid.

THEY ARE PAKKY SCAMMERS, so much was looking odd and they done a good job of fooling people, i think anyone who has used this samosa phone service should report them and cancel all cards ( read the terms and conditions they cant even speak english correctly but are scamming thousands of english people)

Excellent smooth experience

I recently ordered an Iphone 15 plus at next day delivery. It was such an easy process and it was also delivered on time - i had no issue at all with this company and the price is the cheapest i have seen anywhere. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to upgrade

Started contract and not recieved the phone !!!! order no 130392608

I was unfortunatley faced with a caput screen the day the phone arrived for delivery. DPD said he would come back but didnt and there is no evidence to suggest otherwise. I used chat as i no longer have my old number due to providing e2save with my pac number. They told me several times wait for an email and it will be delivered to currys and no email has arrived!!! Ive been stolen from because it was terms of contract that my number would be used with ID and the phone which i dont physically have and i am considering starting a criminal investigation if tomorrow i get no where still!!!

Absolute trash company (Subsidiary of Curry's?)

Absolute trash company. They try every trick in the book to swindle you out of your cashback claims. I've had to call up to get my password reset at least 4 times now because it mysteriously keeps changing so I can't log in to make my claim. I also didn't receive my cheque in the post one month. Can't remember what else they've done but I'm sure they've tried it! I'd give up because it's really not worth it (which is precisely why they do it) but I won't just to spite them.

Cashback claim cheque stopped ?

Cashback claimed on time.Cheque should be delivered by 27th of October - no cheque by post.Spoke with chat advisor who said - we will post another cheque - ok so cheque came by post - dated 12 October 2023. When I tried to deposit cheque via mobile banking app with HSBC - they refused cheque as Currys Retail Limited - Refunds Account stopped that cheque. SCAM !? ?! Never a problem with cheque deposit and its been second 12 months contract with E2SAVE. I will have to file complaint to financial ombudsman as that is quite wrong what they did. EDIT 21/11/23 - Where have you send that msg ? ORDER ID :125251276

EDIT 15.12.2023 its been sorted by Currys PLC who issue cashback cheques. Its all good...

Complex Cashback Claim Process: A Frustrating Experience & a deceptive trick

I purchased a SIM card that came with a £100 cashback offer. However, I was informed that I need to claim this cashback in various random months. It's natural for anyone to forget such irregular timings, and indeed, I missed the chance to claim it. When I tried to claim it later, I found no available option. Contacting customer service for assistance proved unhelpful. Adding to the frustration, there were no reminder emails or messages sent to me. Moreover, the login process is excessively complicated, requiring an order ID instead of a simple email or phone number. This whole setup seems like nothing more than a deceptive trick.

After participating in a call following my initial Trustpilot review, I'd like to share my insights. I view cashback offers with skepticism. Despite fulfilling the terms of the mobile provider contract, I found that cashback is not granted if not claimed at specific, seemingly arbitrary times. This approach, in my opinion, misleads customers and creates a false impression.

Unable to claim cashback, paying full price

I cannot claim cashback and paying full price!

I tried logging into the account, "the details do not match".

I've tried resetting the password but I am not getting any email or SMS sent. Nothing happens when attempting to reset the password.

As a result, I am now having to pay the full price of the contract when I should have been able to claim my cashback

Avoid - Disasters team can spoil your credit history
I had taken Vodafone Sim only Order through E2Save in May 2022. But I was put on a different plan by Vodafone(costing about 2.5 times more monthly).

I called Vodafone to cancel within 14 days. They directed me to E2Save as I placed the order through them. I called E2Save to cancel as well (within 14 days) and they mentioned it was cancelled. I then threw away the new vodafone sim and cancelled my direct debit. Vodafone sim was never activated.

I found out about 1.5 months ago that my order was not cancelled as I received a post from the Debt collection agency to pay the outstanding amount for one years bills for the sim. Vodafone had not contacted me even once during the intervening period.
E2Save asked me for the itemized bill for one year from vodafone. I have sent these to e2save a couple of times.

Vodafone or e2save should settle this collection amount as it is their mess up. Also, I would like to clear the blot on my credit file.

disaster from ordering. Sent wrong phone and moved from Vodafone to ID Mobile.

Took the contract out on Thursday, called and cancelled on friday and told to return handset. Which i done with all the original packaging and sim.

ID mobile still ported the phone number on Monday, raised a complaint (still waiting on the manager call back).

Asked for my PAC code to return to vodafone which inwas refused as there's a termination fee of £692 (the price of the full contract) for a phone and sim don't have.

Now ive no phone, no 'number' technically and trying to get my pac code today to find a new provider.

DISASTER!
