Well my friends, you would have scored 5 stars, but sadly you broke my confidence by sharing my email address with another company. I was bombarded with marketing e mail from a clothing company. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Nowhere did I agree for you to use my e mail address with another company. Perhaps you need to think seriously about this, irrespective if the company is related to yours, or not. Hope I have made it clear that this a complete breach of confidentiality.

Item ( electric radiator) arrived in perfect condition and within the timeframe given. Will use them again for my next purchase.

Spent ages in B&Q looking for replacement bulbs for under cupboard lights. Came home, looked online, ordered easily. Delivered, standard delivery 2 days later. Able to track delivery.

I have paid for a 4 wall lights. They were meant to be delivered 2 weeks ago. I haven't been able to speak to anybody at e-tradecounter - I've left messages, sent emails and have had no response.

the way the item was advertised i believed i was buying two items the same for a very slightly cheaper offer when it stated x2 i bought in good faith believing this meant times two items at a slightly reduced price. it was not until receiving my goods and calling your office i was told it only meant 2 light fittments and i should have been more thorough when reading the description on the (what i didnt know then) second item..
i realy and truely think i had been conned.

Had to return 1 item that was the wrong part no. (Heatrae Sadia mistake) - no problem & quick refund.

Ordered a light and within a day they'd advised it was no longer available so had given me a refund. Very honest, good comms. Would use again.

The ordering process was easy and trouble free. Having never used this company before I wasn't sure what to expect. The products ordered were out of stock but I received as couple of e-mails letting me know the situation and keeping me up to date with a revised delivery date. They duly arrived on time, the day following despatch, well packaged and presented

I was looking for a replacement fan and the usual places like argos were sold out. So I went online found this company who had fans in stock and at a good price. Once ordered I came home the next day to find it had been delivered. Thanks.

Quick ordering process with rapid delivery

I would definatley use tradecounter again,they are very efficient, polite, friendly, and have a really speedy service.

Ordered goods and then received E Mail with apology and informing of delayed delivery date and expected new delivery date. I was informed they would try to improve on date and they were good to their word it arrived a full 4 days early. I wish all site were as good as this one. Excellent service.

While I'm writing this review I'm still waiting for my wall lights. Only good point is price very good compare to other websites.

Excellent service given up to the hour delivery time and the option to change the delivery date. The tower fan I purchase was well packaged and exactly as photo and description. Would definitely recommend and use again. Not very often do you get such a professional service but trade counter provided just that and more.

We ordered a hot water urn for an event. The first urn arrived on time but was the wrong one, it was 10l not 20l. I called and they were very apologetic and got a replacement out to me straightaway which was due to be with us by Friday latest (needed for Saturday). It wasn't delivered but that was due to an error by the courier, not e-tradecounter who sent out another one! One of the 20l urns arrived and was damaged, but the final (3rd!) one then arrived and was perfect. It was a bit of a hassle, but e-tradecounter couldn't have done more to help us. It was just unfortunate that these events happened. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again, as I know that any problems encountered in the delivery of the goods (which can often happen) will be sorted quickly, politely and efficiently.

The website was well structured and user friendly. Once ordered the communication, whilst automated, was very good and delivery was no fuss and very quick. Would definately look use them again
