I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but a quick chat with Sara on the 'live chat' gave me all the answers. I rang to place my order and again spoke with Sara who remembered me from the 'live chat'. She couldn't have been more helpful.
The products (2 electric radiators and timers) arrived exactly as discussed. Both are now fitted and working well.
I wish all companies were as pleasant, professional and approachable. I found e-trade counter through Google but now wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Sales staff were great.
I paid £18.00 for next day delivery which was to be a Friday as I needed the goods for the weekend.
Did not turn up until the Monday and no one answered the telephone or returned my call when I chased up.

Orders were placed at 13.48 and 14.40 : Cut off for next day delivery is 15.00

I found the reply from Tradecounter neither helpful or accurate. My call to complain was around 4pm on Friday and therefore was surely not out of hours.

I got the products I wanted but only after picking them up myself from a depot in the north east. They then charged me £15 for delivery of a £30 heater instead of £15 for the original £680 order. Very steep. I would however use again but only for local pick up

Paid for next day delivery which was on Friday so delivery should be Monday did not arrive till Wednesday how an this be next day

A very competitive price delivered the next day ,very helpful staff when I telephoned with a query, very good company to deal with .

This is the second time I have bought these. The first was for use with a thermostat in a wine store (no problems at all) and the second to keep an external garage from getting too cold or damp. This also seems to be working well.

Placed order via telephone as needed clarification in relation to a LST. Prompt communications and good that next business day delivery was available.

Would prefer a specified delivery time not all day for deliveries - in this case it was UPS.

After much searching and consideration of what to buy, I purchased two light fittings only to receive an email the following day stating that my order/payment had been cancelled because there was no stock. You need to sort your stock control out! What a waste of my very precious time.

Highly recommended. I was driving from London up the A1 heading to Yorkshire and they waited for me at the end of their shift. He also help me load up the items in the already stuffed car, which was a bonus. Top man, no complaints a Great product, good service at a reasonable price compared to what was available in other shops.

Easy, fair price, rapid cheap delivery, everything packaged well and working

Having ordered some Dimplex heaters and paid an £8.40 delivery charge I received an e-mail detailing an extra shipping charge of £20.42 which I paid. I was very happy with the eaters and decided to buy some more for other rooms in the house. I have found that other suppliers will deliver free of charge.

First time using the services of e-tradecounter and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We have ordered several times from e-tradecounter but it's really only when you have a problem that you find out what a company is really like. One panel in a multi order was, when we went to fit it, found to be damaged. Notwithstanding that we were out of time to notify a 'damage in transit' e-tradecounter went out of their way to be helpful and resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction. A good company to deal with!
