I wish I'd read all the negative reveiws before ordering from this company.
I received a faulty product (a floor duster mop: the telescopic handle will not adjust). It is impossible to contact the company. There is no facility to raise a return on their website. The phone number they provide is invalid. There is no response from Live Chat.
I've emailed them but as yet no response so, because I'm about to go on holiday now, I will miss the 14 day window for a refund due to being completely impossible to make contact with them.
If you really need an e-cloth product, Lakeland stock them and have excellent customer service however, reading other reviews, the quality of e-cloth is now so poor, its probably better to go for an alternative brand altogether.

I have been using e-cloths for many years and absolutely loved them. I used to buy in bulk!

However, the ones I have bought recently are so inferior, it's an absolute disgrace. Clearly the Company have changed the manufacturing process. They do not absorb water, are difficult to 'wring out' and are simply, not fit for purpose. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I’ve just received my first online order for 2 E-CLOTHS. None of the supermarkets seem to sell them anymore. My previous ones, after many years, needed replaced. Quick delivery from E-Cloth UK. Kept informed of delivery. Well wrapped. I’m delighted I can get them online now. I’m still using a floor type mop I bought years ago. Really the best and eco friendly way for cleaning. Warm water and a wipe over. Perfect.

E-cloth tea towels are now made in China and are absolutely useless. The original ones, made in S. Korea, were excellent. I bought new tea towels this week based on the website saying they were still selling tea towels made in S. Korea but "Made in China" arrrived. Dreadful. Do not absorb water. Complete waste of money and a great shame as it used to be a good product. Don't waste your money.

Sent an email to customer services for replacement but no response

Bought a Washing Up Pad. After a couple of weeks started to break down. Contacted customer services and they agreed it was faulty and would send out a replacement.
It never arrived. Contacted customer services and all they will say is it has been sent, even after 5 weeks waiting.
This is not a company that is customer focused- avoid.

I bought some e-cloth sponges from Waitrose a few years ago and they were great. Lasted for ages.

I have since moved out of the UK and ordered a large shipment of e-cloth sponges.

This time I was so disappointed. The foam inside each sponge was shrunken to about half of its size within a week of use and no longer fit the external cloth it sat within. They have obviously used cheap, low quality foam but charging premium prices for the sponges.

Won't be buying again.

Not only are the products environmentally friendly but the e-cloths and e-mop have delivered superior performance to other products on the market in my experience.

The customer experience from Sophie has been exemplary and I cannot rate her highly enough. On the occasion I did encounter a problem Sophie sought immediate resolve and dealt with the matter in a professional manner, emulating a humanistic approach (something I feel is becoming less as some retailers seem to becoming more transactional).

I received the full set as a gift 2 years ago and LOVE THEM. Just reorderd and added a couple new items. I absolutely love the green window cleaning set! Never before have I been able to clean glass without streaks. These are awesome and I highly recommend. I also love the blue mop. Its nice to be able to spray some water on the floor and mop it up - no fuss no mess! Give them a try!

I bought one of their tea towels and it is utterly useless. Great if you want to push water around on your dishes. Stick to 100% cotton, it absorbs water, unlike this rubbish.

My first order took about 2 weeks to arrive which I thought was strange as it was UK to UK delivery but liked the products so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Placed another order on 12/1/23 and am still awaiting delivery of said order, despite several e-mails asking where it is. I would have expected far better service considering they are expensive products. Not at all happy and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Bought an e-cloth 2 years ago (blue general purpose one)
It’s still going strong and is exactly the same as when I bought it, except maybe a bit faded.
I am careful to rinse it and hang it out to dry, and I put it in the sink with boiling water weekly, and regularly run it through the machine or hand wash it to keep it clean and fresh.
Am going to buy a second to alternate when it’s in the wash.

Have a lot of E cloth products about a month ago bought a mini e cloth mop as I have the large one which I have had for a few years now therefore assumed the mini would be the same no, took the mop cloth of to wash it and it fell to bits phoned them up sent me a replacement thought great no same thing happened again don’t by this product it is not worth the money

Amazing products they have. I love they way deal with customers. Recommended

I fairly recently bought a small e-cloth mop. I have just bought 2 new e-cloth mops for it. The whole of the mophead fell to bits as I placed the mop on it. My fault I suppose for buying the small cheap one.

Ordered item 2month ago, send 2 emails to customer service, no reply. No items received

I won’t praise the products because you have to use it to believe how good they are but rather extol their Customer Service. After a quick exchange on the chat line (with no elongated waits) I was asked to send a photo of my very, very old mop.
As it would appear that there may not be any spare parts available but instead, I was offered a free replacement of the complete mop. Service does not get better than that. If Arlene is typical of the Company, then e-cloth has my business for life

Obsessed!! I must have cleaned all my windows twice over in and out, thinking they were clean, until the sun came out and all the streaks appeared, then the realization of doing them all again!!!
But E-cloth for windows has literally been so enjoyable to use. All my windows and mirrors are so clean and streak free, exactly what i have been trying to achieve for goodness knows how long, ive never had Windows this good before. I want the whole range now!! Thank you E-cloth.

I bought the 2 pack window cleaning cloth and am stunned at how good they are. I am hopeless at cleaning windows even with a Karcher window washer but these magic little cloths make is so easy to get streak free windows.

Ive purchased several of the e cloths I love them all. so easy to use with no chemicals . I will Defenately suggest all my friends get one . I used to use chemical on my granite spread on and then polish off. Now I don't need any chemicals for a smear free gloss finish .
