It took over 18 months to finalise my buy to let on my HMO property that was a grade 2 listed .... David Horn gave the project a lot of attention and persistence with lenders along with his admin sidekick, Courtney Smith who was on the ball with a lot of admin tasks.

I would recomend this team for mortgage or commercial finance needs.
