Dynamo was the best of the many mortgage brokers that I have had dealings with over the last ten years. They repeatedly came up with competitive illustrations despite my requirements being never run-of-the-mill. Their contacts with lenders always seemed to be slick, offers came in with a quick turnaround and their processing of documents, business plans, valuations, etc. was always executed with speed and professionalism. The most recent offer came in after the UK's largest mortgage broker told me I was a hopeless case. Well done Nicole and Alex.

My mother she's an expat and literally we were looking for a morgatge for her since 2019. We knocked every door, banks and private morgatge advisors. And every time the answer was the same; "sorry we can't help and the lenders will not give morgatge for your mum because she's an expat".
Untill one of the morgatge advisor recommended Dynamo and told us that they are dealing with every case separately and they are expert in special cases like ur mum's.
