Visited the girls in Kildare Village and I was booked in for 2 piercings. From the start the girls were so friendly and helpful, especially when taking me through the process and helping me select jewellery that would suit me best!

I left happy with two new gorgeous pieces and the whole process was super quick. The girls made it so seamless and easy.

I recently purchased an item from Dylan Oaks and I unknowingly made an error in the text I wanted inscribed. The team in Dylan Oaks noticed my error and mailed me prior to engraving to insure my spelling was correct. This was a amazing touch of customer care and I was extremely impressed. My gift was still delivered within days of ordering an amazing service. Thank you Dylan Oaks .

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dylan Oaks. The customer service was poor, and there was very little communication regarding my order. My delivery arrived later than the delivery date advertised on their website, which was frustrating as I was relying on it arriving on time.

Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and the lack of communication and delayed delivery left me very dissatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

I purchased the tennis bracelet for my daughter. It came beautiful wrapped up and presentation was perfect.

My daughter put it on that evening had it on for less than 12 hours and the bracelet fell.off her arm!

My boyfriend bought me a neckless from Dylan Oaks, from fault of my own i ended up scratching the neckless beside where my name was printed. I was "by myself" for days . The word upset doesn't come close. I then decided to bite the bullet and email customer service to see if i could get the neckless mended. The lovely staff at Dylan Oaks offered me a replacement neckless at NO COST and my eyes filled with tears. I haven't stopping telling people how amazing this company is. I've already starting to save to buy myself some new pieces! Thank you again Dylan Oaks. You guys are an amazing company and ill forever spread the word!

A* My sister bought me a bar necklace last year for my birthday, i broke the chain and emailed Dylan Oaks asking if it could be fixed... they are actually now sending me out a new one free of charge..... so happy and will be buying there again.

I bought a silver engraved necklace from the Dylan Oaks shop in Dundrum. The employee who was helping me was well informed and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The engraving process was quick and easy. Overall there was great customer service, a brilliant atmosphere and quality of the product.

I ordered 5 engraved necklaces for my bridesmaids and one for myself (bride) from Dylan Oaks Dundrum, also 2 bracelets for the mothers of the bride and groom. After the purchase I realised I had made an error with the wedding month, Aislinn and Jessie went above and beyond to help correct it.

They were incredibly kind, caring, and professional throughout the whole process — genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in retail. The customer service was exceptional, and I left completely satisfied.

There was an easily made mistake in my jewellery a letter missing. Angelgina i got angelina, as you can see genuine mistake! Mistake was corrected ASAP NEXT DAY and didnt have to return the mistaken gift.

I went to Dylan Oaks in Liffey Valley shopping center and Aoife was the advisor who assisted me. It was truly unpleasant. The customer service felt rushed, unhelpful and there was a lack of anticipating needs and easing my shopping experience. I understand is a business and you need to sell and upsell, even that advisors are humans and can have bad days but from when I arrived to the shop I wasn’t asked for assistance, and the assistance throughout made me feel like a burden. Thankfully I came prepared already knowing what I wanted, to get my options in front of me ended up being a messy self service thing, rather than a personalized consultation. It was a very different experience from their branch in town, when I shopped there the girls even gave me the option to try earrings with their protective measures and assisted me beyond the expected. Definitely not coming to this branch again, retail is already stressful to be having a bad experience when spending your own money on a product.

Although I was happy with the bracelet itself, I had asked for my child's communion date to be engraved on the back of the bracelet which wasn't done. I emailed custome service about it but I got no reply back. Very poor Customer Service.

Just received small hoop earrings and a beautiful gold necklace with 4 hearts engraved with my children's initials.
I got a free jewellery box.
The jewellery is absolutely gorgeous and the lovely box.
Quick delivery presented in a gorgeous box too.

Bought a bracelet and unfortunately it snapped soon after. Got onto Customer Care and Caitlin arranged a replacement ASAP, no fuss and no hassle.

Jewellery is beautiful, packaging is nice too and from my experience customer care are amazing.
