Ordered the Vila adjustable height table on 13th and it was delivered on 19th. Although we weren’t informed of a delivery time slot, the driver couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful.
Very happy with the table quality.
It can be adjusted to any height between its minimum and maximum, which was essential for us. My only criticism is that the min and max heights are actually 2cm more than advertised so it’s a little taller than expected but we will live with that.

Having looked at several physical stores and garden centres that we knew of, we had a quick search on the Internet and Duxburys came up high on the list.
We traveled to Preston expecting to find similar items that we had already seen..... boy we were wrong.

It took us ages to have a wander around the vast array of furniture, both inside and outside, before we applied our preferences and whittled it down to a few.

The staff there (Kevin and Claire) were great, they came across to say hello and then left us to browse in our own time.

We finally settled on a great piece of furniture and Kevin sat with us to discuss the make, model, how to care for it, delivery, costs and noted it was free delivery.

The pre and post sales was absolutely fantastic, this coupled along with clear and concise communication from staff at the shop, across email and the delivery staff (Gary and Riley), who were friendly and very professional whilst being careful when unloading our new furniture.

One of the great bonuses with this firm, is that delivery is not weeks and weeks like other firms that order when you order, they have a lot in stock and can deliver in days (We saw on Saturday, went back and paid Monday and it was delivered Tuesday... 4 days from start to finish!!! )

The unveiling of the furniture took a little while, as the packaging was excellent and guarded every aspect of the pieces. Even where the chairs were stacked had plastic tubing to secure against scratches.

It took a short amount of time to build the table, the chairs were already built... which was great.

Overall, coming from a corporate experience background, kudos to the company for their staff and for the overall experience they gave us.

If you can't find something you like here, you are going to struggle elsewhere.

The furniture looks so lovely in the garden, that we are returning for some alternative models in the range to compliment what we have.

We will certainly be recommending this firm when garden furniture comes into discussion. 100%!

we knew what we wanted and were pleased to find that they stocked it, not only that, they had some stock of the original cushions and did a swop for us. fast free delivery, delighted !

we purchased a Titan Gazebo from Duxburys 3 years ago and decided to purchase the louvered panels as it gets too hot to sit there when its sunny and we also wanted a little bit more protection from showers. Yesterday their excellent fitters came and did a fantastic job! so professional- Thank you so much

We wanted to buy our garden furniture from somewhere where we could actually try it out first. On arrival we were surprised with the amount of different styles/ types of furniture on display. We were approached by the staff on arrival and advised if we needed any help to reach out. We were left to look around and there was a member of staff on hand to answer our questions. We felt we had made our minds up but just needed to measure the patio.
We of course then had a change of mind and opted for the Harbo Compact corner with adjustable table and the Harbo Outdoor bistro for our two patio areas.
When we went back to order we were provided with a coffee and they were happy for us to move the furniture to see if they bistro armchairs were suitable with the Compact corner set. They were and we completed the purchase.
We aso added a storage box for the cushions.
The delivery date was arranged to suit us and the delivery driver was also very helpful in getting the items to the garden.
I would highly recommend this as the quantity and quality of stock is great, there are no high pressure sales but the staff are on hand if you have questions. Would thoroughly recommend.

We purchased a Nova Titan 4 x 3 Mtr pergola with 2 x privacy screen, LED lights from Duxburys. We liked that we were able to view the pergola in their showroom and ask questions before buying. Everything went well, speedy delivery and their fitter did a good job putting it up. We had a small issue afterwards but Emma at Duxburys arranged for Wayne (fitter) sorted it out to our satisfaction. Great service.

This was the first time we have visited Duxburys and we were very impressed with the range of outdoor furniture they have inside the fantastic showrroom. Emma was on hand to offer us her expertise and knowledge and she helped us to make the choice of loungers we wanted, and arranged very quick delivery well done brilliant company 👏

Just purchased the aluminium pergola and privacy screens and they were fitted by Wayne and his colleague today. Superb quality and the fitters were very professional, clean and tidy. Very happy customer.

What a transformation with Duxburys. Having visited for years to buy garden plants we are amazed at their Garden Furniture Display. Great choice, very helpful staff and no pushing sales people. We purchased three items of furniture and due to a mixup (mainly on our part) we had to swop the parasols and McKenzie was very helpful in sorting things out. The showroom is fantastic and selection is HUGE
