Duration Windows were recommended to me by a friend who is a window fitter. I called the showroom and spoke to Ken; he couldn’t have been more accommodating and invited to me attend an appointment that day. Normally, as a woman on my own, and being clueless about glazing, I would have been slightly cautious but I’d read Ken’s reviews in advance and he was great. He showed me a range of options; clearly explain the pros and cons of each one. He printed off the doors that I selected and I left knowing exactly what I want and how much it’s going to cost. Thanks Ken. You’re a superstar. PS My parking tip is to drive past the main gates, go to the next set of gates and there is plenty of customer parking next to reception.

We came to the showroom to see some window options, for our project. Ken was super helpful and guided us through all the various configurations. He made sure we took away all the right brochures and has followed up with us since. A superb customer experience.

I bought a full house worth of windows about 10 years ago from the heritage range. Pricey but I hoped that meant quality. The handles started breaking one by one soon after the guarantee ended (after 2 years). Worth also that the the astragal bars were just stuck on with a sticky tape and periodically fall off, they are purely decorative and not part of the window frame.

For the handles cheap metal has been used so interior parts break and then the handles started snapping. It was a battle to get replacements, rude customer service, they couldn't be bothered.

After about 4 years I was told the range is no longer manufactured and they can't supply the parts anymore (they changed the design, probably because the ones I have are so bad). Now, over two thirds of my windows (10 out of 14) have broken handles and can't be used and I have been told there is no way to replace them.

Awful, awful service for what was supposed to be a premium product. I would never recommend this company. It's been 8 years ongoing with windows that can't be opened, snapped handles and no sign of a fix and a lot of time wasted.

We had a last minute requirement for some additional materials, Coral went out of her way to ensure the extra we needed was added to the delivery for the next day (I have no doubt having to be very nice to several different departments to help us out). Excellent service, many thanks Coral

We moved into our new house 4 years ago, the windows having been fitted by Duration in 2011. Inevitably these have begun to fog up in places and Duration have been excellent in replacing what is needed.
Customer service (from Elise and Lucy) has always been helpful and generally extremely efficient, including finding the original orders and specifications from 14 years ago!. They provide excellent value for money, which includes delivery to our home. Takes about 10 minutes to replace.

I was referred to Duration as I was advised they were professional and well priced and they certainly were, Ken Mortimer the Sales Manager was extremely helpful, he communicated everything quickly and the lead times are excellent, defiantly will be my preferred window company for all our developments.

Lucy Bonham was great however the dispatch team failed on 2 occasions to send replacement door seals for faulty units.
We have 2 sets of triple bifold doors which look great however in 3.5 yrs we have had to replace seals on 3 occasions. The original seals are light grey & Duration now advise they are unable to source this colour & can only supply black ! Whilst it is better than nothing it looks very much out of place. The 10 year warranty may still be in place however it is extremely poor that Duration cannot supply light grey seals as per the original supply.
Lets see how the doors perform for the balance of the warranty 6.5 yrs however looking at the durability & replacement of seals to date it would look to be unfortunately an ongoing problem so its something to take into consideration when looking at purchasing from Duration

We visited the show room in Essex. Good range of sliding patio doors. Daniel is very professional and knowledgeable about the products, and the visit was very informative. We left understanding a lot more about all the options and their implications.

Lucy was really good, found exactly what I needed and sorted it for me ASAP.

Really been a great three years plus now living with fab bi fold doors and dorma windows! From the get go the company was recommended by a respected builder he was not wrong! The lead time was exactly as promised, the doors and windows both excellent in quality and price. Delivery was efficient and Corteous, a small issue dealt with under warranty has been expertly and detailed by Lucy who has top class, regular updates by emails and issue resolved

Excellent company and recommend for windows, bi-fold doors and french doors. After a substantial house fire, I had to replace most of the windows and doors in a house in Leigh on Sea.
I visited their showroom on about 4 different times as kept changing my mind.
Ken was super helpful and very patient and professional on all the changes and options and always made himself available on the day to deal with the order.
Chris also gave excellent advice from his wealth of experience.

Just been into the duration windows showroom,
good range of products and really well talked through by Ken . As developers we found it all very useful and look to place an order this week.

We had just purchased our new house by the sea in time for the summer and found some difficulty in closing our Duration bi-fold doors. One phone call catalysed their scheduling a date for a service call, and they then managed to expedite the date even sooner. The professional engineers attended to the problem swiftly and efficiently with no fuss. I was effectively a replacement purchaser of the doors and the warranty service provided was immediate, excellent and with no sniff of a quibble. They seem a very decent firm!

Thank you Daniel for your help and advice today - it was invaluable! We are looking forward to seeing our Duration windows and doors complete our home :)

Ken gave us a very thorough virtual presentation of Duration's offerings. He demonstrated the operation of each of their products and patiently answered all our questions.
