I had a zoom appointment with Ken who was wonderfully patient with my hundred questions. :) I came away with a good sense of what would be best for my situation. It was just as easy as being there in person. Thank you Ken for hearing my concerns and giving me the full breadth of what was possible.

Lucy and Duration Windows have given me great service. For the second time, I have got in touch to ask for some spare parts for various homes that we look after as a management company. They have promptly responded to emails, sorted me a price, and sent out the parts as needed. I would highly recommend them as a great local company.

Duration windows and especially Ken have always provided me with an excellent level of service. My go to person is Ken for any questions or design options, he knows the products like the back of his hand.

We have a specialist sized window which was poorly installed 10 years ago, we came to durations website and ordered an acoustic secondary glazing panel to place behind the original windows and the website and product is superb.

We measured, bought online without visiting the showroom as we knew what we needed.

Lucy dealt with our after sales and was amazing with her support. Thanks very much!!

Duration don't still make the 13 year old sliding doors that were damaged in an attempted break in, but they searched their warehose for the original profile, lock, etc. and made up a perfect replacement Fantastic after sales service; really going the extra mile, where replacing 3 doors and a frame would have been more profitable. Recommend these guys highly

Needed a part for my bifold doors and Lucy was very helpful in helping me identify the part needed how to proceed with buying it and even how to replace it myself .

Communication until full resolution

Thank you !!

Very expert company.
We had a couple of minor issues a couple of years after installation which they remedied promptly with no hassle.
Lucy Bonham dealt with everything wonderfully

Ken was super helpful when we visited the showroom. Flat roof windows ordered and delivered quickly. All very smooth. Thanks!

Great variety of stock in showroom and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Duration staff Ken Dantes was very helpful, there was no hard selling, and all our (many) questions were answered professionally and with curtesy, as well as humour .
Despite asking for several quotes these all arrived within 48hrs and are very competitive.

Ken and all the duration team were amazing. Very helpful and great communication. I wouldn’t use anywhere else for our windows and doors.

So we are only at the quotation stage, build due to start end of may, but too date Ken and the staff have been extremely helpful and clear in there estimates.
Will be looking to place an order within the next 4 months

Really pleased with the doors we purchased over 10 years ago and when we recently had an issue with a door gasket a replacement was sorted very quickly - outstanding customer service from Lucy Bonham in the Aftersales Department. Would highly recommend.

We had a remote showroom viewing with Ken, looking at options for replacing our Crittall windows with aluminium look-alike heritage windows by Duration. Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his products and provided us with a quote within 24-hours.

I would rate Duration Windows very highly.
In fact we intend using them in another project very soon. .

Ken in the show room has been excellent, great knowledge and advice. highly recommend
Thanks Danny

Ken was very helpful right from the beginning. Everything I asked him for was executed within 24 hours to me great satisfaction. There s not really anything to add accept Thanks Ken!

From the moment we arrived at Duration Windows showroom and spoke to Sales Manager Ken, we have had an excellent and responsive service. Ken has guided us through each stage from showing us the range of products on offer and their relative costs and benefits (helping us make the most informed choices), to helping us communicate with other sections of the organisation in order to make 1)get our order sheet right 2)get the best deal 3) get the best timescales for delivery in relation to the other time pressures of our renovation. We are very glad and grateful for Ken’s support and Duration Windows services. We are returning customers and once again, Duration have not let us down. Thank you to Ken and Duration. We will be back again!

Ken was fantastic, helped answer all my questions, followed up with extra support when needed. Can't recommend highly enough

Amy was extremely helpful, and patient! Very knowledgeable and willing to help throughout the quotation process.

I have been using Duration Windows for many years and have always received excellent service. Their products are high quality, their customer support is outstanding, and even for large orders, I usually receive quotes within a day.

We recently completed a very large order of almost 100 windows, including secondary glazing, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I’m extremely happy with the service—especially from Willow Griffiths, who is always fast to respond, helpful, and professional.

We’re very pleased to continue working with Duration Windows and would highly recommend them.
