As a tenant, it can be quite nerve-wracking having to report issues with a property. Dealing Dundas has been wonderful, and I have received excellent customer service.

On calling to report a fairly serious incident, Margo treated me with kindness and compassion. I have had ongoing correspondence with Erin, who could not have been more helpful. My issues raised have been dealt with quickly, efficiently and resolved to my satisfaction. Erin picks up enquiries with professionalism and good humour, and has been a pleasure to deal with.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dundas Estates.

Recently moved to a new house in the Letham Views development .
Graham Brown the sales executive for Dundas Homes was always polite and knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the progress of the house finish and possible entry dates .He was swift to respond to any queries and explained the various different steps to buying a new build in detail .
Once I moved into the house the site manager Jamie and the assistant site manager Richard were very helpful and remedied any snagging issues that came up . Richard is still helping with a few remaining niggles and is always very pleasant and jovial .
All in all a very positive first experience of buying a new build .

I will give my honest review of our experience in purchasing a Dundas property.
We moved into our home in March 2023 and the move in experience wasn't great with poor communication and having to constantly chase up for updated for our entry date that was delayed by 4 months.
Once we moved in there was the expected snagging required and again our experience of dealing with site team and management was poor to say the least.
However, after we made a formal complaint and where passed to the customer care team, for not just the handling of our case but also their own trades team, our experience was remarkably different and we where happy with the service and standard of work.
Erin, Margot and the team are fantastic and promptly dealt with our issues and at times went above and beyond to help us and resolve our repairs.

Erin reacted to my problem professionally and promptly. Erin was also courteous in her approach, and I’m pleased to say, I experienced excellent customer service skills. Thank you!

Erin Hearne was amazing. My mother’s balcony door wouldn’t lock and Erin was immediately on the case and had the fitters out from Sidey, who were also fantastic, who fixed the problem. When my elderly mum also mentioned that her main door was a bit stiff to lock, they fixed that too.

Communication was excellent and both plumbing and electrical problems were fixed quickly. Well pleased with the service. Thanks

I moved into a Dundas house last week. Dundas staff have been excellent. Jay in the sales office is friendly and helpful and David the site manager has been brilliant. The house is great quality and any snagging/questions have been dealt with professionally and quickly. Would highly recommend buying with Dundas, my customer experience has been very satisfactory and I love my new house.

Erin was a great help with an urgent query and also managed to organise delivery of a part to a local store. Excellent service from Erin.

Erin at Customer care has been amazing at chasing out contractors to ensure all snagging work is carried out in a timely manner. Since I’ve been handed over to the customer care team everything is dealt with quickly.
Typically for a new build there is snagging, but to have it handled quickly takes a lot of the stress away.

Erin who works in Customer Care should be given an award for the best customer service. She listens to what your saying and always arranges for the snagging work to be done when she says it will be.

On occasions when I have had to contact Dundas Customer Care, they have always responded promptly and resolved any issue to my satisfaction.

Graham made the purchase of the house relatively easy considering Dundas have taken over an unfinished project. Answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

Since moving in to our new home we have had nothing but fantastic support from Erin and Margo in Customer Care. All queries have been answered promptly and all remedial work carried out very quickly. My experience with Dundas Homes has been very good since I moved into my new property at the Wireworks in Musselburgh.
The property has been finished to a high standard.
From my first meeting with The Sales executive June I had a great experience and all steps in my purchase was explained to me in detail.
Any problems that I have encountered since moving in have been dealt with quickly by June and the site team.

We have been in our Dundas home for approx 10 years and recently we needed too do a repair to our front door surround. Erin from Dundas customer services was super helpful with tracking down the right silicone sealant as I was struggling to get the correct match. The support and responsiveness surpassed my expectations. Thank you

I had a door that was sticking due to settlement. Although Dundas was not obligated to help, they did offer as a gesture of goodwill when I asked them for a joiner contact. My property out of warranty support since Apr. Problem solved same day - thanks Erin at Dundas and Gary the joiner 👍👍
