I have to write this review to tell everyone how helpful, knowledgeable, committed and passionate about her job that Liz is at Woodford Green. I can actually say I’ve not had a more delightful and enjoyable retail experience than I had today, dealing with her. She made me feel great from when I called in advance to see if she had the paint I wanted to when I left her store. She cares so much about what she does and I sincerely hope that she does well in her career - I’ve not met a shop manager before who deserves to more. Absolutely 10/10 for customer care. Thanks Liz!

Dan and Roy were incredibly helpful in helping me find the perfect colour for my fence. They went above and beyond in explaining the different kinds of paint, which one I would need for my type of fence, and then when I couldn’t find the colour I wanted from the brand I chose, Roy took the time to create a custom shade just for me with a mixing base! Incredibly friendly atmosphere and I can’t thank the two of them enough!

Cheltenham branch. Thank you to the gentleman who advised us after our builders gave us the wrong paint code and we had touched up everywhere with the wrong colour paint in our new house. This man worked out what we needed, advised us on best paint, and it worked, perfect paint touch ups all around house. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommended.

Placed an order to be delivered Tuesday, didn't arrive and had to chase them up, told me it would arrive next day. Didn't arrive, no word from them again, you have to do all the chasing, told it will arrive tomorrow, not hopeful, not like I'm waiting to decorate my house or anything.

Absolutely brilliant service from this company. Delivery times are amazing and any emails regarding any problems are dealt with efficiently and quickly. Cannot praise them enough and wish every company had such high standards.

I really wish I had known about this place before traipsing around all the diy stores to find my paint. I was served by Paul, who was amazing in helping me find the colours I wanted and so knowledgable about all the products, finishes and ranges. Was so great to speak to someone who really knew their stuff and was genuinely wanting to help me find what I was looking for. The service was exemplary. Very happy customer :-)

Hello Sir/ Madam . Please help me as soon as posible. I have voucher . It is near deadline on 19th . April 2021 but i dont know how to buy online, i was sick so i can not come to the shop. Thank you very much

Ordered online for a delivery, nothing arrived. Tried to call the store, no-one can access the system apparently other than the manager, who left at 3.30. Finally get to speak to customer services who say the product is out of stock, however they still took my money & never bothered to advise me it was out of stock. If I hadn’t have chased I don’t think anyone would have been in touch. Shocking service from the STAFFORD branch. Will not use again.... ever.

Ordered late afternoon, paint delivered by 10 the following day. Good service, but you do pay over the top for it. I only used them as my usual supplier had trouble getting stock.

I had a excellent experience ordering from Dulux Decorator Centre. I ordered my paint in the evening and it was delivered the following morning and it was free delivery. 5 stars.

Amazing, ordered my mixed paint on Sunday afternoon it arrived Monday morning. Great service!

I ordered a product online & was informed that it was in stock at my local store: it wasn't! They located one in another store & advised it would be ready for collection on a certain day: it wasn't! Three times I rang the local centre & asked them to let me know whether or not they had received the order and each time they failed to keep me informed. Dulux Decorator Centre sell a great range of products but are let down by poor communication both on the website and in store. Eventually I cancelled the order & asked for a refund. Very poor show!

Hull Anlaby Branch -Having purchased a significant quantity of decorating materials over the past few weeks we decided on Dulux 2,5 litres of zisser bulls eye 123 to revitalise a staircase. The cost from Dulux was £53,86.
Ran out of zisser paint late Saturday so called in at Screwfix where the same product zisser bulls eye 123 was in stock but at a significantly different price of £28.99. Checked the product technical specs and it was exactly the same product so notwithstanding the so called benefit of purchasing from a professional decorator this is an astronomical price variation of £24.87
So will never shop at Dulux again.

Bought 2x5 litres of paint matched by employee, took it home it was totally the wrong colour, upon taking it back was told I couldn’t get a refund or exchange it !!!! I paid £100 for paint matched by them, it’s matched wrong. What is the problem.?? Won’t give a refund, won’t exchange, not interested. Totally disgusting I’ve used these often for 25 years or more, but will never use their products again never mind go to a store. Please take my advice go somewhere else

Today I have pre ordered paint, like I did about 4 months ago. I use the Worcester branch and everything was ready and waiting when I went in. I like using the Trade Centre because I am sure the paint is better than you get at a DIY store. The Staff at Worcester are great and friendly. It is a pity that COVID19 affects the fact that you cant browse colours, but I knew what I wanted so was all good. Yes the experience was good at the Worcester branch.

I am undertaking a major decorating project at my parents' home - hall, stairs, landing, kitchen and bathroom. My mother is a heavy smoker and their house hasn't been touched for over 10 years. I'm painting over analglypta type paper and the woodwork is emerald green gloss! A friend who was a professional painter and decorator recommended that I visit the Dulux Decorating Centre in Bedford to buy my paint etc. The staff were very helpful; they listened to me and were understanding of the situation I'm facing. They made a series of recommendations and it was a thoroughly pleasant experience.
