I had a very positive experience with DTDC, and I would especially like to appreciate Mousumi Chakroborty for her exceptional service. Throughout the entire delivery process, she consistently kept me informed with timely email updates about my parcel, which gave me great peace of mind.

DTDC is glad to have such a responsible and customer-focused team member.

Worst courier service. Do not even think of sending your parcels through this company. You will end up with miserable service.

Delivered to wrong address, and dumped on the street, with unrecognisable photo as 'evidence'. No signature obtained. Only found by company I was sending it to, on their own time. Expensive item was smashed and mostly unrepairable, with a large quote to rebuild in several $Ks. Was insured but no liability accepted, and emails ignored. Would have needed to go to court to obtain compensation.

Sent from pillar to post as progressively UPS and World all tried to avoid responsiblity. Everyone blamed everyone else, or just ignored communication. This went on for months.

UPS was the company I accepted the quote from through this broker. They took my money, smashed my goods, and dodged responsibility. I will not use any of these companies ever again.

Extremely inefficient and slow, communication is poor. I will most definitely NOT recommend this service to anyone!

Unreliable, mistrustful and incompetent service and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They sent incorrect paperwork to couriers, didn't disclose information on pricing, in addition to incorrect additional custom shipment fees, as well as completely ignoring follow up emails, and request to make a formal complaint or process a refund. Moreover, with no communication on their end, leaves me nothing more but to write my honest feedback for the public instead. Don't waste your time or money.

Worst customer service. Made a booking, chased by email then by phone for paperwork to urgently be sent as I was on a deadline for my client in the US. No one got back to me. So I called and left messages. Still no one called me back. Under pressure I was forced to cancel the booking as the delay was costing my business money. Ended up going with Interparcel who picked up my three boxes within two hours of me booking on the same day. Highly recommend. Cheaper too for a 3 day express service. I then proceeded to follow up with DTDC for a refund. I filled out a form to have $1782 refunded. Was told I’d have to wait 1-3 weeks in line with their terms and conditions. I chased for the refund, which was only issued TODAY - over three weeks which is in BREACH of their terms and conditions. Yet, I have been slapped with 4% bank fees and short $70.09 for a service I never received. This isn’t the first time either, but the final straw for me. Under ANY other circumstance I would have accepted that, but in THIS situation I won’t. Unethical, unprofessional and poor customer service. I have tried to resolve this amicably but will now be taking this further. Sick of businesses doing this and getting away with it.

I received an invoice sometime after I had used their services. One of the charges was for manual handling. Ludacris! I do not recommend using this company due to the after service fees they want to exhort.

Dtdc is vert bed couriers service in australia, i have already 1 month ago parcel in india to australia, and after 1 month and 4 days not receiving my parcel and no answer in dtdc team, no proper reason for my parcel its a very bed service, and my all items is demaged.

Efter jag betalt för levaransen av min laptop fick jag en till faktura för litiumbatterierna där i. 40 AUD kostade det. Riktigt dåligt!

Would never recommend these guys to anyone, absolute mess of a service, unprofessional, unethical, unreasonable and do not know how to talk to a customer.

Had a terrible experience trying to get a package from India to Australia with these guys. I wanted to get an electronic item. Consulted them and they asked me to book through UPS. I do remember sharing the link to the product with them, but none the less, I was never told that UPS does not bring in electronics from India, which I expect these guys to know.

Hence, they advised me to book through DHL which was happy to bring it over. Paid extra to get the booking done. Due to some reason, DHL never picked up the package, came one day, asked for more documentation, did not bother to come the next day, or maybe these guys did not follow up? I was on the call everyday with these guys to line it up.

Anyways, 3 days later, UPS goes ahead and picks the item up, which means these guys never cancelled the order with them. Furious and frustrated, I called them multiple times, only to be told that they have raised an 'investigation' with UPS and that is the process and it will 'take time'. Upon asked an ETA, they refused to provide me one, and also denied any further telephonic communication. On suggesting solutions or reasoning, I was told not to give 'free advice'. Absolute nightmare and frustrating to talk to their manager. I was left just waiting with no idea where my package is, if it’s going to get to me or how long I have to wait. Not at all a good scenario to be in, trust me.

Anyways, UPS cleared the package from India, and they still not refund the extra money I paid for DHL. I kept following up. Every-time I followed up, I was told 'this process will take time', and that they need to check the actual dimensions/weight of the product after it arrives in Australia in order to refund the extra money I paid for a service I never used. Finally refunded the money after 2 days of receiving the product.

Absolutely frustrating, agonising and negative experience dealing with these guys. Would never recommend you to try. It may look cheaper and economic, but trust me, pay the extra money and deal with larger corporate services and have your peace of mind.

If in the least case you have to deal with them, always record every phone call with them, I wish I did.
