I was in a spot. Another supplier had let me down. I needed quality kit for a gig in four days time. Drum stop sorted it with no hassle and an ease that made me wonder why I had ever gone anywhere else. And they were cheaper. Never mind drum stop, should be first stop.

It was very helpful to speak to someone who could advise sensibly on the purchase of drumsticks for my grandson. It is very good to be able to get immediate advice from a friendly voice, and then receive the correct delivery within 2 days.

Knowing nothing about Drum kits, i was slightly apprehensive about purchasing one as a surprise gift for my sons 21st Birthday.......i went online but was slightly overwhelmed by all the choices...............So, i called up and spoke to a very helpful guy who advised me what would be the best option/deal............ordering and delivery was bang on! even the delivery guy was extremely helpful which is unusual...tracking my order online was very accurate and it turned out to be an all round good shopping experience.Thank you Drum Stop.

Having dealt with several other Music Stores over the years there is one word I would use to describe Drum-Stop and that is " impressive" .
Not only were they competitive on price but they went out of their way to get the item which wasn't in stock and phoned me twice to update me on it's progress.
I was kept up to date about delivery even receiving a text an hour before the courier arrived. First Class Service, thank you!
