Don’t trust drive time sales they are scam artist and liars.they sold me a 2020 impala for 25,000 dollars and the bumper was falling apart due to it being glued on and zipped tied as well as having a check engine light and emergency lights not working. Customer relations is complete garbage they are not willing to work with the customer …. On top of that they lied about their cars titles being clean they sold me a salvage title with a false report … they also lie about servicing the cars and doing an inspection before selling the car . Also on their google reviews they hide all the bad reviews because I posted pics and wrote how trash the company is so those are fake reviews

Honesty is the topic here. You weren’t honest. I bought a truck from you. I drove it 5 days and had to put it in the shop. It took them 11 days to repair it. I spent a grand on rentals. It all could have been avoidied if they had checked the truck out. I found a repair request under the seat from 3 weeks before I bought it. It was for the same issues that I put it in ten shop for. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I waffled back-and-forth between vehicles, then finally settling on the vehicle they had suggested the very first day.

Drive time in Tyler is sorry. They sold me 2 cars that are not worth the money they sold them for.one is out of alignment and the second has ac problems and check engine light. Yes you may have it inspected but the work that needs to be done is never done. Buy it cheap sell it high without spending money on them
