Brad and Carlo were great! Made the experience great.
The only derogatory thing I have is whoever does your inspection on your vehicles when they come in needs to be fired, The 2014 Ford Escape I got was a disaster, The engine mounts and transmission mounts rocker arm all the belts brakes radiator fluid brake fluid was bad as hell. I called Brad and he told me to call silverrock I took my car to the Firestone in Dothan Al. Silverrock paid for all the repairs except the brakes... Which sucks they said it was normal wear and tear. At this point you would think your company that sold an unsafe car to begin with would like to have a total satisfied customer! But you don't silence you/ the company will not make the brakes good, For some reason this is not the case. I can send the Firestone report to you if you like. I would like to hear from someone on this matter.

Very professional environment. First time purchasing a vehicle where I was literally in and out. Our salesman made us feel welcomed and seen and most importantly not pressured. Will be sending my family members to DriveTime for sure. I actually ended up finding a Mazda at the Pensacola DriveTime but Tallahassee helped me with all my paperwork and had the vehicle reserved for me. all I had to do was sign my papers there and walk out with my new car within 20 minutes later.

-10 I got behind on my payments at one point and was catching them up. Then come Jan 2, 2024 and they processed my payment for December then turned around and threw my car into repossession. Even after I made a payment. All because I wasn't 100 percent caught up by the new year but was making payments. Totally messed my credit up. Bridgecrest and drivetime are the worst to ever use for a car.

Everyone there needs to be fired !!!! Misrepresented everything n avoided us!!! Hope they close that place

Sean made the process quick and fast. He was courteous, informative and knows how to show empathy. I reside in Georgia but drove to Florida to get the car and it was the best decision I made. Sean had the vehicle ready for test drive, and explained my paperwork throughly.

Was very excited to drive off the lot with a new car only for me to have the car 2 weeks and it breaks down (motor issue). And now I feel like nothing is being done to accommodate me in the process like I just have money to waste.
