great customer service friendly environment. explain in details every option I had. made sure I was comfortable with my decision. did not feel push into something I was not comfortable doing.

They were patient with me and aloud me to check out the car that fit me.

My whole purchase experience with DriveTime was awesome! From the ladies who assisted me, to the perfect vehicle for me being on the lot. However, I've only had the car for a week today, and the service oil light came on tonight. I'm gonna need that free oil change asap.

Updated review! I purchased my car on June 30th from the Raleigh NC location. It's Aug 2nd and I still don't have my tags and the temporary ones expired July 30th. I have called 3 days in a row and NO ONE from DriveTime has even returned my call. The DMV said my tags have not even been processed!!! I mean you guys had 30 days.....where are my tags or at least a return call to say what is being done.

Breez was super knowledgeable regarding product knowledge and made me feel informed and all so comfortable. Her customer service skills and technical ABILITIES are above excellent. Id buy another car with her tomorrow(just because of great experience) but, that's the really good part, I wont have to!

From Walking in to Walking out EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ! It took a little longer than I anticipated but I did not leave unsatisfied. Breez was the saleswoman that helped me and I believe that's why I left a little later because we had such genuine conversation and laughs. She and another associate were the only individuals assisting customers at opening time. Breez worked with two individuals back to back to ensure quality service. I appreciate her checking in with me and multitasking to get the job done. I purchased a 17 Hyundai Accent and IM LOVING IT !!! Thanks Again Breez !!! Ya'lll Go See Her !!!!

Tony tanner was exceptionally helpful. He made my car buying experience wonderful. This was my First time buying a car and he made it unforgettable. I was undecided on which car and he didn't made at all. He even treated my son amazing. He was AMAZING
