Great Service, Great Deal, Worth the Trip
I came in on 6/2/26 looking for a reliable vehicle. I didn’t want to haggle or stress. Tania was awesome!!! We spoke on the phone, she set my appointment and once we came in I test drove 3 vehicles. I picked a beautiful Explorer and got a good price. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I felt respected and appreciated. The car broke down 3 days after purchase!!!!
My car had to go right to the shop after getting it from drive time. It will be a month before I’m able to receive my car and they do not provide a rental for the month that my car is in the shop. Don’t do it. Go to a dealership where you will get a car you can actually drive!

Everything was good,the time took longer than expected. But after a week is when the problems started. Now im stuck with a vehicle that is damaged,for false advertising. And they do run your credit after the fact they said that it’s based on income. Joe smith at Plymouth Meeting has not been trying to contact me back.i regret leasing a vehicle with DriveTime. SMH

PLEASE save your sanity and DO NOT buy a car here. i bought a 2014 Jetta on 9/26/2024. It is now 11/14/2024 and my car has been in the shop THREE times! the car either stalls, shuts off or won't turn on. I was also sold the car BY REGGIE (SO DON'T USE HIM) and the car was GIVEN TO ME WITH BAD BREAKS AND NO ONE DISCLOSED THAT. they also gave me the wrong plate number and had to mail me a new one. I am looking into a lawsuit and if you bought from here, you should too! i would give zero stars if possible. the manager joe will also not call you back!

DriveTime do have lots of my patience n times. I’m Deaf by the way, they are very friendly n communication with me with no problems. I really appreciate for their hold my security locked in n got better one which is Jeep Compact 2016 instead Nissan Rogue 2014 n things work pretty good fast. They’re very careful provide warranty drive care covered real great process I ain’t have to worry about nothing but go DriveTime! :)

The salesman was nice, but the car I picked has some issues which is concerning. There was water inside the reservoir tank instead of coolant and the car has overheating issues. The brakes and rotors still need to be replaced also this is all within the first 30 days of purchase. I would say making sure the vehicles are ready for sale could use some work other than that, I really cant complain.
