This was the most painless car buy

This was the most painless car buy. The sales guy was super helpful and made sure I understand everything. He even included the gap insurance and had that wrapped up in the price. There was no waiting for lenders, everything was processed before I even arrived. I can’t believe they were able to work with me despite my credit not being the best. Shoutout to Drivetime for being transparent about their business practices.

Worse car I ever purchased

It was easy and fast to get approved, but the very NEXT DAY after I purchased the car the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. I only had this car for 8 days and already been to two different mechanics to address the issue and still at day 8 the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is still on… there is no way that drivetime wasn’t aware of this issue. They are definitely selling people LEMONS… I DO NOT RECOMMEND.. please take my advice

I wasn't impressed.

My salesperson needs anger management, and the vehicle is trash. I should have gone somewhere else.

The convenience of Drivetime is great, but the cars they sell are raggedy.

If I could give a lower star I would

If I could give a lower star I would, I was sold a car that appeared to have no issues and 3 days later the check engine light and oil change light came on. I took the car to get a diagnostic and was told by jiffy lube the car had an oil leak, a messed up catalytic converter and a bunch of code’s coming up. I spoke with the dealership and they said they were unaware, of course I was able to return the car to receive my money back per the return policy. But I cannot believe my experience went that way.
