The worst company to ever buy from do not give these people you hard earned money!

The worst customer service IV ever had to witness! The rudest most down right ignorant staff! They are nothing but one big scam , they will do everything they can to cover up issues within the vehicle! They will sell you a complete lemon an they know it the whole time! Then when you pay there bullshit prices an they hide there through the roof apr! They don't care that there robbing hardworking middle class Americans! Please everyone read this an be aware they are con artists! Do not buy from them the biggest mistake IV ever made !

Got my car just about a month ago

Got my car just about a month ago. See previous review. Still having issues with it. Now it's at the 2nd mechanic and still not fixed. Both mechanics said sometime someone was doing some work under there. The sales kid said all their vehicles are always checked before they are sold and not sold if they have issues. Guess they don't care about safety. The fricken brake pedal was loose. Thank GOD I got the $5k extended warranty. They won't even pay for a rental i have to get it and get reimbursed. That's not happening. Thanks so much Drive time. Your the best (NOT)

I purchased a suv from this place back…

I purchased a suv from this place back in March. 1 week after getting the car my engine light came on and stayed on until this day. I have had to put in over 2000 dollars into fixing what I was told was wrong with it. Come to find out the head gasket was blown.And drive time nor the warranty plain i was paying for would help me...Needless to say im waiting for them to come pick it up. I had no choice but to do a volunteer repo on the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Since I bought my car from this…

Since I bought my car from this company, I’ve had nothing but problems. The entire radio system went out, and now I’m dealing with electrical issues. Whoever installed my LoJack did not do it right — the device was touching metal and caused serious damage. I had to remove the LoJack from my car because it caused one problem after another. It messed up my AC, blew out the cigarette lighter, and almost destroyed the fuse box. I ended up paying nearly $500 out of my own pocket to get everything fixed, and neither Drive Time nor LoJack offered any help. After this experience, I will not reinstall the LoJack, and I will never do business with either of these companies again.

The car was nice at first

The car was nice at first. Not even 1 full day of having it, needed to get a new tire for it, and the starter went out in shop parking lot. Customer service was no help at all. The sales people were no help with the situation and getting the work authorized was like pulling teeth. Not a happy buyer at this time.

Sales guy

The sales guy was ok..felt little rushed and I felt like he didn't want to work with me... Only looked at one car and I mentioned that I liked one card that was out front and he showed that one.... waiting for sales guy for over 45 minutes...

Damaged oil cup housing

On April 19th, I bought a 21 elantra at drivetime with about 51k miles on it. They sold it to me without a cabin air filter or an engine air filter. The key did not fit the cylinder for my car and now not even 3 months later as I’m due for an oil change I cannot get one because the oil filter cup housing is damaged and was sealed with a RTV/JB weld. Firestone (which is a vendor for the silverrock warranty) refuses to change the oil unless that part is replaced and drivetime is refusing to accommodate the service because I’m outside the 30-day/1,500-mile limited warranty. This is a part that was damaged before purchase but the issue was not discovered until it was due for an oil change.
There was also no engine splash shield and can’t put one on because under the car where it would be bolted on is also damaged. The navigation touch screen has random & constant ghost taps and swipe events because it was damaged on the top left panel. They did not even give me a spare tire but gave me a fix a flat kit to compensate. The main thing I need is for the oil cup housing to be replaced because it prevents a much needed oil change which could be detrimental to the vehicle. It should not be an out of pocket expense for me since it was damaged and attempted to fixed with a sealant before I purchased it but drivetime continues to deny assisting me in the matter. I took the car to Firestone within the 30 days and the cabin air filter and engine air filter was placed but the diagnosis for the oil cup housing was missed until I went to a different Firestone for a simple diagnosis/battery check. They advised it will need to be replaced to do an oil change. My check engine light is now on and I don’t know what to do. This car has been nothing but problems for me and drivetime does not care to alleviate my concerns or meet the needs and standard requirements of the vehicle that they sold me.

This dealership was awesome

This dealership was awesome, they don’t pressure you into a car you can’t afford they will do what they can do with what you can afford. There is no pressure at all I just purchased my wife a car from there $100 down with no pressure I was in and out in under 2 hours car in Hand.

my worst experience

They completely excited me with the idea of ​​being able to trade in a car with a low down payment. It lasted from 11 am to 5 pm EXCITED, with the idea that I would take that car because the seller SANTIAGO DEL HOYO informed me that THAT WOULD BE MY FINAL PRICE! I was excited all day, I lost my day at work and my partner's, also spending 6 hours, changing the car insurance, doing EVERYTHING, so that after signing they told us that HIS DOWN PAYMENT CHANGED. PLEASE, the seller DOES NOT ILLUSION THE PERSON. If you as a buyer come with a need, do not TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT, be honest and say THAT THAT IS NOT THE FINAL PRICE, first we must run the credit. IT'S SOMETHING THAT my partner and I DIDN'T KNOW and they excited us all day. If you want to sell more cars, make sure you give the INFORMATION AS IT IS AND THE STEP BY STEP OF THE CAR BUY PROCESS. Why is what they leave behind not a good experience? For me, they are one more of all the dealers who inspire, they do everything possible so that you know the money where you don't have it and pay for the car. It seems that it is a technique to be able to sell whatever. IT IS NOT HONEST.
