The customer service was amazing at DriveTime. I walked over there from having a bad experience at Drive Casa, and I was taken care of immediately. I walked in with a car in mind, a down payment and we left with a new car. Gonzalo was super helpful, calm, patient and answered all of our questions. Wee got there around 3… picked a car, test drive it, came back and did all the paperwork work and was driving it off the lot before 5:30. Thank you Gonzalo.

I had purchased a car on 7/19/2025 from the DriveTime on Altamere Drive in Fort Worth Texas. I thought the experience had gone well. I had a rental so I couldn’t officially pick up the car until Monday 7/21/2025. I went to the dealership picked up the vehicle drove to work. When I got off work I could see under the vehicle there was a metal plate hanging down. I tried 3 different times to call DriveTime they just put me off to Silvertock the warranty department. Mind you I had the car a total of 8 hours in my possession. Then I look on the photos I took Saturday at the dealership to see if it was in the picture I had sent to the insurance company and it was. First off the tire had low air so they had to add that. How did u not notice the part hanging down! Second I am on my way to work Tuesday 7/22/2025 and the gas light comes on so I had no gas! But believe me the rep Laura made damn sure the woman before me had a full tank of gas in her vehicle before she drove off the lot so now I have to wait until Saturday 7/28/2025 because I work 6 days a week to go to Meineke and pray that I don’t have to pay out of pocket for something I did not do!! Just want to say great customer service NOT! Thank you for making me write a forced review before leaving the lot on Saturday!! Oh and I have pictures of everything if need be!!!

I bought a 2015 Jeep Compass that was supposed to be a 2018 Jeep Compass...Laura was not paying attention to my texts and I got a POS of a vehicle that I had to take all the way to Lewisville to trade out for a 2017 Jeep Renegade. I love the vehicle but I have already had to change the oil, Change both Cabin and air filters and spark plugs. The oil was nasty and the filters had leaves and twigs in them. I was told everything was changed out ... but wasn't a fact. The Lewisville people were very helpful and worked fast as possible to get me in and out and I will buy from them in the future..not the one in Fort Worth. I would like to get my money back for the parts I had to buy. After all I spent $112.78 on the parts and another 68.00 on the oil change.

Take the car to a licensed mechanic please before purchasing.. I had the car for only 9 months the head gasket blowed and of course they couldn’t help me into something else .. It takes 7 years for that to happen non stop problems.. Save yourself time and invest your money into another company.. They will tell u they action the car off but sale it to another customer and add it to your credit so they could get double the money smh I’m so disappointed never missed a payment and they couldn’t help me .. Stop selling lemons period.. I’m still blessed tho I don’t wish this on no one.. Stop scamming folks that work hard for their money..

I bought a 2020 kia soul on 4.12.25. Within 4 days the engine light came on. I called drivetime and was told to take it to a place to be checked.
I had to wait a couple days which put it past the 5 day return policy. I am told the car has a transmission problem and the place I took it to doesn't deal with transmissions.
I should have known not to get the car when they made an error with the first car we chose. It is ridiculous that I've had the car under 2 weeks and I have to worry about a major problem.

I think my experience in buying a car was nice and smooth. Ashley Kelly is an awesome car saleswoman. Thank you guys!

Joseph Kayembe was very patient. It was a long process. I had a lot of questions since I knew absolutely nothing of what was being talked about. He was very good at going into detail so I could understand the whole process.
