Disappointing car experience
My salesman, Francisco, was great. However, the cars were mostly disappointing. Almost all of them were dirty amd some even had cigarettes burns. But, Drivetime sells the cars at the highest possible price. Even the car that I purchased, before I even made it home barely 5 miles away, the car went into limp mode & I barely made it home. Since I purchased my car on a Saturday afternoon, I'm now having to wait until Monday morning to call the warranty company to request that a mechanic come to see what is going on. I honestly feel like for the price of the vehicles, the dealership should at the very least make sure that they are mechanically up to par. It's extremely disappointing to have a "new" car that I can't even drive. It's just sitting in my driveway.
