Quick delivery and seem to be excellent quality for the price. They'll get a proper test next week on holiday but have been on the car this week and feel solid

Quality product which fits very neatly (BMW 320i f31 touring). I particularly like that its a thick-ish rubber type moulding rather than the thin, but tough, plastic of other manufacturers. Would be happy to buy the same again for another vehicle if needed.

Purchased a set of roof bars and fitting kit. Delivery was quick and free. Unfortunately a small non-integral part was broken. Contacted via email with photos late after office hours, not expecting a reply until the following day. However a response and solution was sent in reply late that evening. A new part was sent out and, received a day later. The customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Excellent service and price, placed order on Sunday and arrived first thing Tuesday morning.

Very poor aftercare and extremely frustrating customer service. I reported a clear fault with the roof bars: two fittings tightened correctly and two did not, no matter where they were positioned. I spent hours trying every adjustment suggested, but the issue remained the same.

Replacement parts were sent, but they were insufficient and did not include everything needed to actually repair the bars. I was then left going around in circles, despite the product being advertised as suitable for my vehicle and still being within warranty.

I felt I was not being listened to and that the company was more interested in pushing the issue back onto me than resolving it properly. Very disappointing service and I would not recommend.

The delivery was quick - next day, the mat fits perfectly and is easy to wipe clean. Plus, it didn’t have that ‘plastic/rubber smell’ and it’s really non-slip.

Mat arrived rolled up, but it flattened out quite quickly.

Desire payment being taken and numerous emails stating the parcel
Is arriving, a week later still no parcel and no specific Update as such not a good service especially given the cost of the item

Found this site as was looking for roof bars for our new car . Found this simple to use site it was just put your reg in and there they were so simple l then see they do roof boxes so got one of them . And with in 2 days the roof bars and roof box was on the car . Straight forward and simple with a great price what more could you ask for .
