What an excellent service from Stuart. Service with a smile, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. After a long day travelling it was such a pleasure. A fantastic example of good quality customer service and a valuable employee for the company. Thank you.

I showed up to pick up my reserved car, but it was not available. I needed a car but was told the only way to get a car would be to pay an extra £100 for an upgrade. I've rented all over the world and often arrived and the specific car contracted for is not available. Invariably I've been offered another car at no extra cost. And after declining all insurance coverage on paper, it was changed on the electronic form I signed and was only later emailed the agreement. It seemed to be a scam

Due to my mum I’ll health worsening over the past year. I decided to clean her back garden up and dump the rubbish in time for summer. I only needed to rent a van for a few hour and Stuart was more than helpful. The process was done in the matter of minutes and I was on my way. I will use this service again and highly recommend y’all do too.

Good value for money and friendly service

Stuart is a top guy. Very helpful and understanding when renting a car from Drivalia. Could not do enough to help us and would use him again when visiting Glasgow.

Brilliant service for renting a van from Stuart. Really helpful and explained everything and sorted everything out for me and my wife, so we were ready to go very quickly. Can't recommend enough.

This company is pure rubbish!!!!
The incompetence is unbelievable.
Hired a Luton van and after submitting the documents I've phoned them up to be sure everything was ok, and they confirmed it.
At the moment to pick up the van they told me that there was an error and the Luton wasn't available and got offered a swb van to move a three bedroom house!
Same happened with other 4 customers that were at the depot with me for other kinds of vehicles needs.
Added to this they refused my hire for an old insurance issue that wasn't even my fault.
This trick costed me £240 that I'm going to claim back from this bunch of useless time wasters even means I have to go through legal way.
Highly not raccomended.
Unfortunately can't give a zero star rating.

Rental experience was fine, but unfortunately I received a parking ticket (private land) whilst I had one of Drivalia's vehicles on rental. They are now charging a £55 admin fee and have threatened to send my account to debt collectors if I don't pay in 7 days. Whilst the admin fee seems extremely excessive considering the work that will be involved for their admin, it is the threatening behaviour of being sent to a debt collector if I don't pay within a 7 day period that I find appalling. Be careful if you ever get a parking ticket whilst driving one of their cars.

4 not 5 just because if you don’t have a credit card to put a holding deposit on it costs you about £100 odd on top so that’s a bit of an unknown expense.

The car was so much cheaper than other car hire places..it was February, not busy and got the car for £10 a day. With the Insurance via booking.com it worked out at £100 for 6 days. I was worried it was a scam as the next cheapest was £30 per day but it all worked out. I dealt with Phil and he was super chill and not concerned that I brought the car back with slightly less petrol than on the outward journey. Then I thought I was going to get stung with fabricated damages but nothing! Wow..what a great service!

Had to hire a car recently and took a chance with Drivalia never having heard of it. Easy to book, excellent rates, and pick up and drop off with Phil hassle free. Would definitely use again

Have rented a van twice Price and integrity have been on point
Also Phil is on the level so will be looking forward to seeing him next time I hire.
Actually, the first time I used these guys was because another company refused to rent to me for a "company policy". (One that would have no practical or legal issue)
And I was very well assisted here given the time and thought and we problem solved getting me on the road.
So customer service great as well happy with all aspects thanks again :)

Hired through a general car hire website. It was easy to book and was cheap. Collected from Glasgow City branch. Throughout Phil was great, friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. Maybe some of the additional costs after booking were a downside and the MG3 was basic, alright but needed a 6th gear. But frankly can't really complain and I'm being picky. Definitely will hire again.

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of booking a van with Phil at Drivalia. Excellent service and good banter / customer service, a very pleasant change indeed from others I have used in the past. I recommend using the Glasgow City branch without any reservations whatsoever. Good job guys.

I rented a Luton Van from Glasgow City branch as was moving house. I did have an issue as the van broke down but during that time I was in contact regularly with Philip in the city branch who was really helpful throughout. He was able to source a replacement later that evening although lost a full day that day, after putting in a complaint they refunded me in full within 28 days of raising the complaint.

Although the experience itself was difficult to navigate at the time, the branch were very helpful and responsive and the outcome certainly is what I had hoped for and more.

I would definitely use Drivalia again as this was just an unfortunate circumstance at the time and certainly recommend to anyone who is thinking of using their services. Also very competitive in pricing too.

Excellent to deal with. The guy Phil mega at his job. 100% only company I’ll rent from going forward 10/10
