Andy in the Weston-s-Mare store was professional and knowledgeable with a relaxed style.
Delivery times were good and communication excellent
The 2 lads that did the delivery were very good. Even though they said it was the heaviest mattress they sell! Took all packaging and worn overshoes.
I was very impressed with the whole process and will recommend Dreams to friends and family. Thank you!

All staff provided a first class experience, definitely recommend.

So far so good, new mattress was expensive but is performing well. Pushed the boat out in the January sales for a Superking Tempur.Sales guy was excellent and prepared for us to spend a while choosing, without any pressure

The service at Dreams Weston super mare was superb. All the staff were helpful and one member of staff in particular was very helpful and went out of his way to listen and advise about the best bed for my specific and complex needs. I had many challenges in finding the right bed for me and I felt he was very knowledgeable but also understanding for people's individual needs. I would definitely recommend dreams and I give 5 stars. In comparison to the other bed establishments I found dreams very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision there and then. They also have an if you've change your mind policy which could possibly be an option for some. All in all I was very pleased.

Smooth process throughout from the visit to the store where staff where helpful and gave good advice, to the delivery. On the day plenty of communication prior to delivery staff were on time and efficient at assembly.

Great selection of mattresses and used the scanning system that chooses the correct bed for you. Caleb was amazing, and so were the other associates. 100% recommend.

Sam at your Weston super mare branch was exceptionally good. I took my 82 year old mother to buy a mattress and whilst my mum was overly impressed, I was more so! He spent time and listened to my mum's needs, he even had her laying down on some sort of computer bed which helped with her decision. He was patient and attentive (my mum is deaf as a door post) without being pushy and ultimately sealed the deal on a great purchase for her!

It would be helpful, if when if you opt to pay for the removal of your old bed, if the was an option to have the packaging of the new bed taken away too, there was a lot

I went to Dreams for a new mattress on the recommendation of my daughter, who has also just bought a new mattress. The staff member who helped me was polite, friendly and professional. He listened to me and helped me to make an informed choice in choosing a mattress that is right for me. He did not pressure me into buying the most expensive mattress. I am very happy to recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.
