From start to finish all the assistants were very helpful and professional. From choosing a mattress in the store to its delivery was quick and efficient. The delivery team were also very helpful and made the experience of getting a large mattress up a small stairway easy and stress less.

Great service from sales lady, no hassling like some shops. Once we decided, she explained everything about the delivery. Plus we were given a free coffee, which considering it came from a machine, was very nice.

The delivery was well communicated with texts and a call, and delivered within the time quoted.

The bed itself is great and although required some assembly, was easy to do.

Overall a good experience.

Massive choice of beds to suit every need. Would use again with total confidence.

We love this shop. Always feel welcome and we'll looked after. The staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. Products are top notch too. Very happy with our super king ottoman recently purchased and our tempur cool touch mattress bought last year. Can't fault the service at all. Try them for yourselves.

Amazing service from sales to delivery. Delivery guys were amazing. As promised they took the bed upstairs and fitted including the headboard. The best part was the delivery time was punctual and they informed in time for their arrival. Amazing service throughout

Ordering and delivery was very efficient. It looked extremely well made.

I have rotated the Mattress each week as directed. But unfortunately after less than 4 weeks it's gone from being comfortable to having a dip right in the middle of the Mattress. So I bought a mattress topper from Dunelm as the mattress is giving me pain in my hip when I try to sleep on my side. Unfortunately didn't help. As the mattress has sunk in the middle. The support were its needed ie the middle of a body is just not there.

I paid for extra insurance in case of a problem in next 8 years..... have not even got to 8 weeks!

So as disappointed as I am.... and embarrassed to make a fuss I will be contacting Dreams on Monday to explain the problem.

Purchase and arrangements for delivery were easy, with date and time slot made clear. Salesman agreed that double mattress would be carried to bedroom upstairs, but delivery men would only leave it at the bottom. My wife and granddaughter had to struggle and push it upstairs on their own. Probably would have given more stars but for this letdown.
