I had a great experience at the store and the team were friendly and helpful. I used the machine that tells you what kind of mattress is best for you and followed the advice, purchasing a mattress that was recommended. Not the most expensive nor the cheapest. Delivery and set up were great. However the next day I woke up with a bad back and the following day with terrible sciatica. I took painkillers and returned to the store to say I wanted to use the 100 day guarantee and exchange the mattress for another. I was told that I had to keep it for 30 days to be eligible but they could sell me a mattress topper. I was desperate so I said yes. Thankfully this has resolved the issue. So basically I love the bedframe and the service, mattress not so much, but I appreciate the team's creativity and care in helping me find a solution, even if it did cost me extra money.

I was open minded when I knew it was time to change my bed. I knew that the bed would choose me, not the other way around. Forget about the price, which one feels “just right”! After all we spend a considerable amount of time in bed. So which one is it to be? Firm mattress, soft mattress or in middle. Medium, ahhhhh, just right! I felt like Goldilocks from the story Goldilocks and the three bears. I guess with my review regarding the Dreams company and showroom, I was given space to browse and try beds without being approached, then I was able to engage with the sales representative, where he offered valuable information regarding the mattresses that I was interested in, and helped me select the correct base for my needs. I have been suffering with lower back problems due to my old mattress, knee and hip injuries from my work. I have had my new bed for just over a week now, needless to say, I can not wait to get into bed each night and sink into the foam mattress. My sleep has improved and also my back pain has reduced significantly too. I am convinced, I wake up an inch taller.

Great delivery team. The mattress was in upstairs and on the bed really quickly and without fuss. The old mattress was taken again without any problems.

From the moment i stepped into the store i was assisted by a very helpful lady and the manager was brilliant too. The delivery team were very helpful and good too. Obviously the mechanised bed and Tempur products are excellent too. I am now truly living the dream as my nights sleep is unbelievable!
