Melvin at Dreams Wakefield explained the beds clearly and accurately, I got the combination which worked for us. This was delivered promptly and at the time specified. The bed is very comfortable and we have slept better since purchasing it

Excellent service from purchase to delivery.
Purchased a Double bed and mattress in the Wakefield store. Knowledgeable and helpful staff with no hard sell. Came away with a great deal. Communication about delivery dates was accurate and bed arrived within the specified 2 hour timeframe. The guys who assembled the bed were pleasant and efficient. Really happy with the purchase.

Had bed 7 days none of electrics working
Had product 7 days it still hasn’t been rectified the installation team sead they would put the report in straight away but we have heard nothing £4500 and it doesn’t work and hasn’t worked I don’t want to take anything away from the store staff because they have been fantastic
