First class customer service
We went into their Trowbridge shop in January and have to say it’s the best customer service I’ve had from any shop in a very long time. Staff were super friendly and helpful trying to find the right mattress for us. They entertained our toddler and looked after him while we made our decision. They were really patient and didn’t ask us to leave even though it was closing time. So rare to get this kind of service in a shop these days.

We have bought a number of beds from Dreams. This one was delivered much quicker than expected. It was delivered in the time slot by two very pleasant delivery men. They assembled the bed which was great as I would have taken far longer. Many thanks.

The Scottish gentleman
The Scottish gentleman in store was absolutely amazing. He helped with everything. We went away to think about it and he was there when we returned a few days later. He was again more than happy to help in any little way he could. We were even offered a hot or cold drink! He managed to get us the next best timeslot, as he knew we didn’t actually have a bed.
The bed was just as it was in store, sturdy and easy to put together.
The delivery men also rang before delivery. They brought the bed in boxes. The men were so helpful, even moving some boxes again, so I could shut the door.

Trowbridge branch is the jewel in 'dreams' crown!
We visited the Trowbridge branch on 29th December 2024, and were so impressed by all the staff members there. They are consistent in their customer services as I have bought a mattress there a few years ago and found them to be the same. They are friendly, welcoming, very knowledgeable of their products and their customer service is second to none. This particular shop should be commended by the company as they are a feather in your cap. 5* treatment. And a massive thank you to Meg!

Pleasurable experience
The salesman, Mike, was friendly, informative and not pushy. We got a further discount for being repeat customers. The delivery was well notified and the delivery men polite and wore overshoes on carpet. The whole experience was pleasurable.

We had a great experience in store. Very helpful and informative staff during our purchase. Delivery guys were amazing. So quick and took care when delivering our bed. Great company to use, glad we didn't go the Internet route as I'm sure we would have purchased the wrong mattress 😀
