Huge shoutout to Alex at the Reading Dreams Store!

From the moment we stepped into Dreams Reading, it didn't take long for Alex to approach us and walk us through the different types of mattresses, before recommending we tried the Dreams Simulator to identify which mattresses would closely match our needs. This enabled us to narrow down our search, and meant we were able to purchase two mattresses during our visit.

Went into Dreams retail shop to see the bed collection then ordered online after checking our home options. From online order: Swift delivery. Good communication, especially on the day. Easily assembled by the delivery guys and they took away unwanted packaging. Love the bed. It looks good in the room, has a great amount of storage space and is comfortable to sleep on. Thank you.

From purchasing the bed in store, to the delivery, I had a great customer experience.

We were always able to rely on all the staff at Dreams in Rose Kiln Lane to be informative, and responsive to our needs and requests.
The only surprise was to find that the Two 2'6"individually adjustable tempur-cool mattresses on a single frame could in fact be Two separate single beds
We were very satisfied with the way the delivery men carefully manoeuvred our beds up and downstairs avoiding any damage

We were welcomed into the store and given all the help we needed to purchase a new mattress. It was delivered when convenient and is very comfortable.

The sales person was very professional and friendly, they helped me so much in choosing a new bed. There was no rushing to get to the next customer, they took their time and was very patient. My new bed arrived on time and the delivery men were excellent. My new bed is very comfortable and for the first time I slept for a good 7 hours without waking up

A friendly welcome and helpful knowledgeable staff from the off. Our sleeping positions were assessed by a clever machine which offered a range of mattresses according to the assessment. There was a good number of different mattresses to try to suit all budgets. Once narrowed down to 2 we were left alone to try and decide which one we liked best. On choosing we were offered drinks which was a nice touch! Delivery will be in a week which is great and knowing you can have a trial period feels reassuring. Ordered beds are good but not happy with service provided. I did not opt for assembling beds by mistake when purchased beds and asked for assembling beds after they were delivered but Dreams customer support said they wont provide service once beds are delivered. I was not happy with this approach to a customer who purchased 2 beds and its accessories. Support to a customer is not up to mark as I see.
