Delivery drivers given wrong address
Delivery drivers given wrong address, luckily I was able to contact them and they agreed to come back later in the day. If the delivery was rescheduled I would have been expected to pay for a new delivery slot!

Excellent Customer Service!
What an incredible experience we had picking out our new mattress! We were welcomed by Guy who was so down to earth, informative and put us at ease with his banter. We spent a lot less than we thought we were going to and felt confident in our choice through the test mattress/program and Guy's advice. Having the mattress delivered and installed was such a breeze - truly such a stress free, simple and surprisingly fun purchase! We were so impressed by this experience that we immediately recommended the store to someone else and they got a mattress, too!
