We were well looked after by Paula. We did the bed test and then tried out several beds in the store. After a couple of days of consideration, we ordered our chosen bed. It was delivered about 3 and a half weeks later, as scheduled at the time of ordering. So far we are very pleased with our new bed.

So many different types of mattress to choose from, it was bewildering. After explaining our needs we were shown what could potentially meet those needs. We tested out various mattresses without any pressure at all. When we were ready to discuss our choice the pros and cons of this was highlighted to us. We were allowed time to consider this before we bought. Delivery was on time, efficiently positioned and our old mattress removed. Excellent service, friendly, helpful staff throughout, thank you.

Unfortunately, the delivery of the bed was very poor, the guys took no care in the new bed scraping it up the walls of my house, when unwrapping the bed I noticed the material was broke and scratched, whilst taking my old bed away they broke 2 of my original sheets that I sleep on, it was too quick of a delivery, they were in and out with no word said.

Really good Experience with Dreams from start to finish. Paul was extremely helpful, we didnt have a lot of time to spare as we entered the shop quite late, but he helped us very quickly and sorted our mattress order out. He also gave us 4 x brand new pillows on the house, which we were very grateful for, thank you Paul!!!

Quick polite service and a very nice product.

I walked into the store at plymouth and was greeted by a lovely friendly advisor called Paul. He was great he listened to my medical needs as I have fibromyalgia and then introduced me and my partner to their amazing bed that works out what mattress is best suited to us. We lay there for about 3 minutes while it did its thing and printed out our best options. Paul offered us a choice of pillows but none suited me, I like a hard pillow,so he went over to the pillow display and got what I can only disscribe as my new best friend. The pillow was a sealy airflow which gives me great support while helping to keep my temperature down. Paul asked us if we wanted anything to drink while we try out 4 mattresses chosen for us. Every mattress , base and headboard was described to us with great detail and after the forth bed we had made our minds up. We was taken to the desk to input our choice of mattress, base and headboard. We agreed on the choice and price, Paul then said he can give me discount on the pillow I fell in love with to which I took home that very day. We were then given a date for delivery which was in 2 weeks time on a week day, as my partner works nights I asked about weekend delivery. There was a charge for delivery on weekend but our advisor wavered that too, this man went above and beyond for us. He offered the disposal of our old bed, fitted in the room of our choice and all rubbish taken away for an additional price. We were also advised about the 100 night sleep garentee. We left the store pillow, recipt and mattress disposal bag in hand knowing we were on a journey to better night/day sleep. 2weeks on we had the delivery and the driver and fitter were just as great, they wore shoe covers looked where the bed was to be located and they just got on with it. They explained how best to look after the product gathered up the rubbish and recycling and away they went. A further 2weeks on and the bed has helped me get a better night's sleep and wake up in less pain and I never have to turn my pillow all the time to find a cooler side. From start to finish it has been by far the best service i have ever experienced. I would highly recommend dreams as they go above and beyond to make buying a bed the best experience possible.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish, staff were informative and helpful, let me try many different style to see what was best for me, and we're amazing. Delivery was swift, arrived on time and put the bed together incredibly fast (even after dragging it up 2 flights of stairs)

The bed was delivered in the time slot I was given. Both of the delivery men were polite and carried out the installation of my bed efficiently. Before they left they made sure I was happy with my purchase.
