From purchase to receipt it couldn’t have been better. The experience in the store of choosing the correct mattress was definitely correct as we’ve never slept better. It was delivered exactly as planned. The storage facility under the mattress is very useful. It looks great & feels great.

100% happy from the second we walked into the showroom to the guys delivering our new bed, being left completely ready in our bedroom for us just to put pillows and cover on.

We were so pleased with the time that Bethany took with us in the Newbury store to make sure we were making the right choice of bed and mattress. The delivery team were first class in keeping us informed of the time and date of the delivery. All went to plan and the bed is super comfortable. The best we've had in 52 years of marriage!

From the moment we went into Dreams Newbury we were treated very well they answered all our questions with the best advice and I would highly recommend them.

Terrible, avoid company.
We ordered our bed which wouldn’t fit up the staircase. We went back into Newbury branch and was told by the manager that by changing to a divan bed which comes as 2 singles. It would definitely fit up as the original bed frame was only a couple cm away from fitting. She said as singles are a lot smaller they would easily fit and be built in the room. The delivery was cancelled 2 weeks ago and rearranged for today. When they tried to deliver they couldn’t get the single up. This is shocking as our current bed is a king size and fitted up fine. Terrible service. I would give 0 stars as we have no bed after waiting over 7 weeks and having to dismantle our current bed 3 times.

I really can’t find anything I can’t say was excellent.

Dreams Newbury offered a non pushy, knowledgeable service which led to a purchase of a new mattress that was of very good value and speedy delivery. Clean well kept store with refreshments available and plenty of parking. Will only be going to Dreams going forward for further matress purchases.

Salesperson was very friendly and informative on the products we were after, took the time to explain what we were getting and why its so different to other products and didn't rush us into the purchase.

Great product staff very helpful, delivery staff came exactly as agreed and were very helpful friendly and courteous. Oh, and the product looks great too! :-)

My elderly mother (89yrs old) recently purchased an electric bed, this has been invaluable for many reasons, more so as she has a heart condition. The head and leg area can be elevated both at different heights, thus allowing mum to get a good nights sleep and not needing to use 4 pillows. The bed height is just right and she doesn't have to 'climb' into it. Delivery was spot on, two men were respectful, wore overshoes, set up the bed and showed Mum how to use the easy remote. This electric bed cannot be recommended enough, it's perfect.

Ordered a ‘Cork A-Frame’ sofa bed, which I was told required assembly (2 people; 20-30 minutes). I paid for assembly (£35) but when the sofa bed was delivered it was already assembled so the delivery team (who were very good and professional) unpacked it and delivered it to my room of choice!
Apparently the Dreams website says that assembly is required for this type of sofa bed - it isn’t!

I bought 2 Woodbridge King sized beds from Dreams and both of them are squeaky, making noises right from day 1. Even after multiple emails/follow-ups, I see no permanent resolution from Dreams. How can Dreams recommend these beds to customers? Watch out before buying any Dreams products.

Newbury store is excellent.
We were greeted as we entered the store and felt the focus was fully on our requirements. The staff were friendly, polite and informative without being pushy and gave us plenty of time to try out the options. It was great to be able to try the different mattress types all under one roof. We went through the Dreams automated process to identify the best mattress for us and it helped with our decision.
Excellent personal service, good range of products, knowledgeable staff and good value for money.

We went knowing we needed a complete new bed for one room and a replacement mattress for another. We lay on their machine that works out what would be comfortable for us and after trying all the options bought the best one. Can’t wait for the delivery! And we decided to let the delivery team build the new bed and take away the old mattress for recycling. Great service

The Customer Sales Assistant Michelle (My Bell,) was professional, polite, well mannered and was able to answer all questions regarding the products being sold on the shop floor and was extremely easy to get on with. Offering a coffee during my stay and going through everything clearly and carefully, what to expect, what services they offer to help the customer choose the right product for them. My shopping experience at 119 London Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2BX was beyond all expectations. I cannot give any higher praise! Well reccommended!

Great shopping experience at the Newbury store. The manager was so helpful and accommodating, and her customer service was second to none. Highly recommended.
