I’m very pleased with my new bed, it is very comfortable.
Delivery was on time, and the delivery team kept me informed and put the bed together perfectly.
They took away my old bed and all the packaging, could not have been better.

Delivery was on tin and professional. Double check the height you have ordered if you are short. The bed may be too tall For you and it will be difficult to get In-N-Out of the bed safely.

Great service and excellent products
Everyone i spoke to in the process has been polite and efficient.
The delivery was on time.
The products are all as described apart from the quilt which i have returned easily.
The bed is super comfy!!!

Best sleep on dreams beds.
Operatives at the store was knowledgeable and patient they answered your questions. My bed arrived on time, my bed is nice and comfortable with lots of storage space underneath. I love my bed.

Knowledgeable manager helped with purchase at the New Cross Gate store.
Amazing service from the delivery men. Good communication before arriving. Took their shoes off before being asked and carried both mattresses upstairs to the bedrooms.

Dreams New Cross - Recommended by SE13 resident
I arrived 30mins before closing time hoping just to quickly test a mattress I had seen on the company website, to be certain it was right for me. The staff, Gina especially, could not have been more helpful and informative, and stayed slightly later than closing time to help me complete my purchase and delivery plan on the spot.

Best service and product
All the team, from staff in the shop (specially Nandita, who made sure I had the right product for my needs, even though I went back to the shop few times with questions and changes) to installers were amazing, really helpful and an amazing job for a good price. I will definitely recommend.
