The delivery was on schedule, and the engineer was humble and responsible. My home was respected and it was finished on time. Both were courteous

We went to the London New Cross store and were met by Laura (LF27) who was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us exactly the right amount of space and information to make a decision on the mattress we wanted. We didn't feel at all pressured to buy there and then and actually came away and bought the mattress on the Dreams website which turned out to be about 15% cheaper than the in store price with an additional discount today. The sale itself was down to Laura though - her experience, knowledge and approach made us feel comfortable spending with the company. She is a master and the company is lucky to have her!

Exceptional experience with Dreams the moment I walked into the store. Friendly and supportive customer service the man who served me I cannot remember his name went above and beyond for my satisfaction and his colleague a lovely lady made me a coffee and was a delight. The delivery was also prompt and the guys were super nice and carried the mattress up a flight of stairs for me with no hesitation! My dreams have certainly come true! I sleep like a baby!

+1 happy customer. The ordering and delivery process were easy and smooth. We are very happy with our new sofa! It looks beautiful and is easy to clean. I already used an opportunity to spill a glass of wine on it. I wiped it quickly and it didn't even leave a mark! The sofa stayed completely dry!

Store staff were hugely helpful. Delivery staff were lovely - polite, friendly, took off their shoes. They set up my bed quickly, and took away the old one, and all the boxes.
I cannot tell you how much I love my new bed!
I have an energy-limiting illness, and have to spend a great deal of time in bed. Having an adjustable bed makes this much more comfortable for me.

Laura in the store at New Cross was really helpful in choosing our mattress. We tried out lots of different mattresses having had our lying positions analysed in the sleep match monitor. We even got a cup of tea. Delivery also was really efficiently and easily done. A really good experience.

The customer assistant really did explain all the products available very well to me that help me to make choice of what I want.

The experience at the shop was very enjoyable. We were given the advise and help we needed to pick the best bed for us. The delivery was fast and efficient. All and all, the experience was excellent
