Great service in the Lowestoft store.Very helpful,patient with the mother in law who’s was buying the bed.All dates and times were met that we were told.The delivery was excellent,delivery team very helpful and informative.

I must admit I’m very pleased to say that the new mattress is extremely comfortable. Thank you for all your kind help in the Lowestoft branch. Delivery was top notch. Will recommend you without a doubt.

We had a really great experience buying our bed. Michaela was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to help us choose the right bed without any pressure.

When they later had an issue with their payment processor Michaela was quick to follow up and kept us well informed, which we really appreciated. Her communication and care made a big difference.

Sales lady Michaela was excellent
and delivery was prompt. assembly took no time at all. Had a little hiccup with the ottoman part of the bed after operatives had gone, so rang Michaela and she said it sounded like it needed pumping more, so we put our weight on the bed and got it to close down and did this two or three times and not it seems fine.

The delivery men were lovely and the bed is very comfortable. Thank you.

I was happy with the item I bought from you and the 2 team members who put the bedframe together Thankyou.

Paid £100 to put the need together & remove old mattress, very sadly the headboard was put on bed upside down left mattress over handling by couple of inches & there was 8 pieces of red plastic on the foot of the bed not cut off the bed is black, for £100 i expect a little more, i called Dreams explained & they never got back to me :-( I am disabled so called someone to help cost me another £20, sadly I feel disappointed bc bed looks lovely now

very unconfortable 3 days later ive exchanged now waiting 10 for delivery cost a extra 313 pound while they dont tell you in shop tell after you purshase another if it hasnt got a mattress protector on they can refuse to take so you end up paying for two while i sleep on my sofa and my husband in the spare room would I recommend dreams beds no .ok ive updated watchhow fast they try to give you some sort of incentive to change there review and keep looking like a good company so the more they try the more i will say!
