This was my personal first experience within a dreams shop the guy we were served by was so helpful, informative and kind and caring even towards my son who joined us in this experience to so am thankful to him for the extra kind care he showed towards him in getting him involved in our experience to and letting him try out the bed mattresses machine to. We found a mattress and had it delivered last month and all has been successful my back pain and neck pain has gone and I am sleeping far better then I have been doing on the old mattress we had. So big thank you to all from dreams muchly appreciated.

Members of staff were helpful, polite and were genuinely interested in our needs. The inclusion of a Sleepmatch trial was interesting and informative. No hard sale just what we were there for.

We were unsure as to whether to buy a mattress from Dreams in Lincoln and went to brouse and try out mattresses. At the beginning we were left alone to try out their stock. My wife said that she liked a very expensive mattress but Elaine suggested that we use their machine to configure what sort of mattress would be most suitable and we ended up having five to choose from that met our requirements. Ultimately we bought a very expensive one but at no point were we pushed into that. We were left alone to decide from a variety of mattresses with very different prices and some considerably cheaper than the one we chose. We were also given free coffee and some discounts when we purchased.
I would thoroughly recommend this shop and particularly Elaine who got the balance between knowing when to get involved and leaving us to discuss the purchase, absolutely right.

Visited my local Dreams store, not really knowing what I was looking for in a replacement mattress. The salesman - Christopher - was most helpful and explained the 'test bed' procedure to try and find the correct mattress for my weight/stature/sleeping position. After trying 5 different models, I made my choice. There was no pressure - it was my final decision and I am more than happy with that choice.
The payment and delivery procedures were duly explained and I happily took delivery of my new mattress a month later.
The delivery guys were excellent in their pre-delivery notifications and took away the old mattress and placed the new one in position. The whole process was easy and stress-free.
Would highly recommend.

Prompt service and polite friendly delivery men. Only black mark is that the headboard was fitted upside down. correctly installed by myself. Happy with our new bed.

Staff in the shop where great, they didn't pester. They made us aware they was available, asked a couple of questions and left us to look round and try out and talk about products. The delivery staff where also great, very helpful and courteous.

All I can say is I am very happy with dreams and recommend them to everyone
as they delivered my bed with great respect to the walls of thouse so not to damage anything

My experience with Dreams Beds was very straightforward.
We are very pleased with our new base and it looks great now we have all the bedding on it
The delivery was on time and the boys that built the base were very good.

Purchase of new mattress, sales lady in shop very informative, delivery date was issued, text msg day before delivery with time slot, delivery guys called 20 mins before arrival, both guys professional & went through paperwork on delivery, put mattress just inside front door, last of all mattress is very comfortable

Up to now I think it’s a good product the staff that served us at the shop was very helpful and polite the delivery was on time the delivery men were polite and helpful a job well done .
