Delivery was on time,fitters were very good.

On my third bed from dreams and second tempur mattress and yet again perfect service from order to installation. I could not ask for more, all the staff was attentive and professional.

Recently visited Dreams. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from entering to leaving the store, the staff were attentive upon greeting you and listening to your needs. The mattress tester is a must, if buying a mattress, it checks out all the contours and alignments of the body to offer you, not one but a few choices that suit yours and your partners requirements. It certainly was a dream to get the mattress I required and not to have to continue looking at other stores.

Absolutely seamless from order to delivery
AJ was the most helpful salesperson he had unlimited patience as my husband who the bed was for is part paralysed & has memory problems due to a stroke. It took 3 visits before we found the best bed & AJ never rushed us or gave us the hard sell he was brilliant. The order was delivered on time & the 2 young men were quick & efficient making sure it was positioned where my husband wanted it. No mess at all brilliant.

Delivered from store, massive scuff that wasn’t there when we purchased. Store staff helpful but said they couldn’t offer any further discount as we got it off display. A real shame. Delivery drivers clearly damaged it and couldn’t get out of the house quickly enough. Not enough care taken.

Order placed 31 August 2024, paid for just under £2k originally confirmed delivery date 18 October, cancelled by the Company 2 working days before. Finally delivered 135 days later ( 19 weeks ). Offered £75 discount - unable to speak to any one and now once again a wall of silence.Products may be good but service is appalling. One week later still nothing - a trip to the ombudsman

My bed was delivered as advised. I was kept up to date with the status of delivery at every stage. Delivered and set up very professionally. Operatives were very polite and courteous. Everything was built and all packaging removed. Very impressed.

Purchased an amazing bed and mattress from Dreams, bed delivered and mattress couple of days later, deliveries on time and in perfect condition.
The mattress is so comfortable and is exactly what we needed, the old one was way past its time.
From the staff in shop at birstall to the delivery guys we highly recommend Dreams well done
