Store guy was incredibly helpful, explaining how all different mattresses worked after my son did the sleep analysis. Delivery was on time and mattress delivered without fuss. My son said it’s so comfortable, he’s sleeping much better. Not sure if that’s down to the mattress or the side-sleeper pillow, maybe a bit of both!

The staff were helpful and the goods we bought were good.

Delivery was on time. The chaps who made the bed up were very efficient and polite. All packaging was taken away. And the bed is absolutely fabulous.

The customer service has been outstanding. The delivery was excellent - I particularly liked the fact the men had neoprene shoe covers to put on their feet!

Sales lady personable and competent, and was able to amend my order a few days later. Delivery/installation staff on time and very efficient, removing all discarded products. Very satisfied with the product itself. All highly recommended.

Really friendly helpful staff in the showroom and great range of beds. We only went for a look and felt no pressure to buy, but ended up buying a superb new bed which is much more comfortable than our old one and we're really benefitting from improved sleep quality. The delivery process was really well-organised too and the delivery men were very polite and helpful.

When we initially purchased our mattress at a cost £1200 we were really pleased with the service we received. We only had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery and everything went smoothly we were impressed with the whole process . We had extra protection for the mattress with extra warranty
Unfortunately this service did not continue when we had to call on the warranty guarantee. The promise made in the warranty

was not honoured and they tried to wriggle out of taking any action even though our complaint met the criteria for action. We have now written 3 times via email but are not getting any replies from the company .we are extremely disappointed and feel like we have been let down and even mis sold this product . It seems most likely that we will have to keep this saggy mattress that after 2 and a half years is not fit for purpose as the company has dismissed their responsibility and no one seems to be accountable so we feel that other customers should be advised to be cautious when dealing with this company.ALL in all the after care service is extremely poor to non existent and furthermore the company don’t care ……so BEWARE and forewarned .

Everything about my experience with Dreams has been first rate. My initial ‘recce’ at the store was informative and straightforward. The wait time before delivery was reasonable (2 weeks). The delivery and assembly of the bed was a friendly and pleasant experience. But most of all, we love the bed and are sleeping more soundly in it than we have slept for years.

We had a misunderstood but the customer service got promptly in contact and it came out OK.

Delivered and installed my new bed, no fuss no bother. Can't ask for more than that
