I have purchased Hyde and sleep mattress in 2022 with 5 years warranty the order number is 047A042554. It deeps now and due to that I am having severe shoulder and back pain. I called them and engineer visited and mentioned that it is not faulty, however still it doesn’t resolve the issue and I asked for the replacement or exchange but there is no satisfactory response from dreams.
Very disappointing experience……

Preeti in Thurrock store was fantastic. Confident, friendly, and efficient. We felt like we were in safe hands and she listened carefully to our preferences and made helpful recommendations. She was very knowledgeable about the products, gave us time and space to ask questions which ultimately meant we felt confident in making a purchase.

The service in the store at Lakeside was excellent, the assistants were very knowledgable about the products, and did their very best to get us the best price.

On the day of delivery, the guys were brilliant, prompt, tidy and worked to deliver and assemble the new bed.

we found a bed that met all our needs and it looks great. The sales process could be improved as we felt the person that initially introduced us to this choice was dealing with other customers at the same time. So at the desk we were left for few minutes alone to fill in details on computer ourselves. But delivery and building it was great. The delivery team were very friendly and took good care of the surroundings as we had just tiled the room ready for the bed.

So far so good. The female member of staff who served us was very helpful. The mattress was delivered quickly and the delivery men showed respect for my home and property. The mattress is very comfortable. I’ve noticed from day one, there is a slight dip when I get up in the morning and only time will tell if this is part of the natural style of this product or if is sign of a future problem, but so far it is very comfortable.

Extremely helpful staff in the store. The manager, who we bought through was very professional, and knowledgeable about the Mattresses, and the availability of them. The delivery guys did their best in getting the mattress up the stairs, quite difficult due to headroom on the stairs.

We went in to the shop at lakeside, And a salesman named Daniel , Was helping us , He was very Knowledgable, My husband and I , got on to the bed that works like a machine , Then it advised what mattresses would be suitable,We decided on a mattress and bed ,Daniel was not pushy at all , We are so pleased with our new bed and mattress , It was delivered on time and set up , The guys who delivered it and put it together we so professional and quick and tidy , We would definitely recommend Dreams Beds ,

I ordered my bed from Dreams from Lakeside, Essex well before our move. Very friendly staff helped me choose my ideal bed, one with four under mattress drawers as we were downsizing. I paid extra to have the old frame taken away and the new one assembled. Dreams men did a good job, no problems and all went smoothly. Three weeks later and no problems plus a good nights sleep every night.
