Customer service and delivery were amazing…
The customer service at the Harlow store was amazing. We were served by a young lad who listened carefully to the type of mattress we needed.
Secondly, the two delivery men went above and beyond. They delivered our mattress and took it upstairs, as my wife was home with our 5-month old baby. I would highly recommend Dreams Harlow to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress.

Sales staff (Tony) was very informative and helpful when providing us with the options available. Delivery day was as advised, providing a 2 hour window and when the driver was on his way he provided a 15 minute arrival time (very useful). Delivery staff were very good and respectful of our property.

Stress Free Pleasant Experience
Welcoming staff made a positive first impression. Followed by staff paying attention to us being ready to help. All staff were ready to help. Nothing was a problem. We made a purchase very quickly and was surprised to get a quick delivery date.

I rarely write reviews, but Keith who was filling in at the Harlow store was fantastic in helping my partner and I choose a mattress.
We are two quite indecisive people! And Keith was very patient with us, and took a lot of time to help us make sure we had all of the information we needed to choose a mattress that suited us both.

Super helpful, efficient and reasonably priced
We were greeted by a Dreams rep (Josh) as we walked in who was extremely helpful. I was dreading choosing a new mattress as had no idea what type was best or where to start. Josh asked a few questions to help understand what we needed, offered us tea/coffee then set us up with the Sleepmatch service which was fantastic. To narrow our best matched mattresses down to only half a dozen was so helpful and efficient.
Josh then guided us around the shortlist to try, explaining the benefits of each, answered our questions but without being pushy, which was much appreciated.
We were able to make a quick informed choice then quickly go through the order process without any wait. Again this was efficient and each step and cost was explained. Really pleased to only have to wait a week for our order to be delivered too.
Really happy with the discounted price and service.
All in all a painless experience, would thoroughly recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people in the Harlow store. Professional without being pushy. The two delivery drivers were absolutely excellent. Again very professional and worked well together as a team. They also gave us useful advice and safety precautions regarding the Ottoman mechanism eg using the strutt when the bed is raised.
Highly recommend.
